I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Josh at Everyone Active Whitehill & Bordon. From the very first time I visited, Josh has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I have the best possible experience at the facility.
Josh is always incredibly helpful, approachable, and genuinely invested in making sure members feel welcome and supported. Whether it's answering questions, offering guidance, or simply greeting everyone with a friendly smile, his positive attitude and dedication truly stand out.
It's clear that Josh takes real pride in his work and cares about the members at the centre. His professionalism and willingness to help have made such a difference to my visits, and I always feel confident knowing he's there if I need assistance.
Everyone Active is fortunate to have someone like Josh on their team. He's a credit to the organisation and exemplifies the kind of excellent customer service that keeps members coming back.

Both staff and facilities are excellent and the centre is certainly value for money.

This is a fantastic local resource for fitness and self care. The facilities are new, clean and well maintained. The gym equipment is great and trainers are on hand for advice. The fitness classes are all great especially yoga, pilates, spinning, body balance, body pump. All instructors are amazing especially Emma and Celine who I found create a motivating environment to complement great instruction. Front of house staff are all positive and helpful especially Allie. The place is a lifeline, a credit to Bordon.

Think carefully who you speak to to make a genuine complaint. Front of house Ali’s response to my complaint the other day.
Air conditions did not work again during a spin class. Mentioned to Ali and response was “ go and tell someone who cares”.
Management are aware and nearly 2 weeks on nothing done. Disgusting behaviour from their staff. Who I might add are there to field our concerns, questions and complaints.

Pretty good, about what you would expect from a new facility except for all the leaks through the ceiling, tiles removed and buckets placed to catch the water.

Aqua is as much a good social event, with good health benefits and for my general wellbeing.

However some showers were cold or not working, preferably need more showers in general.

Morgan was excellent with helping me out with my inquiry for membership. top notch customer service.

Still no update on this on Friday 4th august.

I'm still waiting for resolution on an issue from 18 months ago. We had signed my daughter up for swimming lessons but she never attended these lessons because she was too anxious. I called twice to make sure that the swimming lessons had been cancelled and was told that they had. Upon checking my direct debits I realised that I had been charged the whole time and am now owed approximately £700. I have been in contact with Phillip Lockyer at Bordon and have been told I need proof of cancellation. As we only have phonecalls I have asked for the recordings to be checked and also to confirm with the swim teacher/turnstile records that we haven't attended a single lesson. As yet I am still awaiting a response.

Let anyone in for lane swimming - even disruptive school kids.(without adults) Didn’t do anything about the splashing and antisocial behaviour. As a result the kids purposely splash and get in your way. Also were running round changing rooms screaming and shouting. Cancelled my membership after 6 weeks because of this.

I have been a regular member of Whitehill and Bordon Leisure Centre (Everyone Active) since they opened, and I find all the staff so friendly and helpful, with always a cheery welcome. I only go to swim myself, but I see there is so much more at this centre for any type of activity you could imagine! Well done! x

Clean changing rooms, Friendly staff, Great pool, just remember to log your registration plate on arrival.

Reception staff are really nice and able to help with my queries straight away. Gym has pretty much everything you need and wasn't too crowded. It's really clean! I was so shocked how clean the changing room and showers were and someone turned up to clean again while I was there. I really hope they keep that up. Not used the pool yet but am going this evening.
