False advertising!

Where to begin.... maybe false advertising! I bought a card because everythingfunky advertises 'Order before 2pm for same day dispatch on all Greetings Cards (Monday - Friday)'. The card listing itself advertised first class postage. So I ordered the card on Thursday afternoon (3pm ish) and was therefore expecting dispatch on Friday. Sadly the card wasn't dispatched until following Tuesday. It arrived Thursday (with second class postage!!) only to find that it was printed significantly off-centre - front and back. First and last experience buying here...

Next day delivery and still not here.

Ordered a card with next day delivery. 4 days later still no card, emailed.the company and got a rude reply telling me maybe I should recheck my address.. I'd already made sure it was correct 3 times. Definitely avoid this company, I will be charging back via visa.

Avoid

Ordered a mug on 20th December as the website suggested it would be delivered before Christmas. It is now 12th January and still no sign of my mug.
My emails have gone unanswered. The tracking they provide goes to some app which contains no useful information.
Do not use this company.

Item never sent, rude email from company owner

Ordered item, was never received, I followed up with an email, was advised it had been sent, so I asked for tracking details which weren’t provided. I asked again and the response I received was to say I was being refunded. I queried whether the item had ever been sent, to which I received a reply saying “Wow, thanks for that”. I challenged again that I had paid for an item that had never been received, nor could any tracking information be provided, I asked for the timeframe of when I would receive my refund to be sent a reply saying “I cant see an apology here so I cant help”.

The most rude service I’ve ever received from an online retailer, all responses were from the Chief Exec - Mark Whiteley.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service, no way of getting in touch with anyone when item not received. Would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. Very strange.

No delivery, no response, no refund

Ordered some birthday cards but only 1 was delivered and was nothing like the ones I’d ordered. I used both available email addresses and got 1 reply asking me to confirm what I’d ordered, which I did. After this, I heard nothing more. I responded again asking for a refund as, by this time, it was clear I wasn’t going to receive the correct order but have still had no response nor refund. I will now pursue via Paypal.

Ordered a mug as the website says it…

Ordered a mug as the website says it dispatches orders next working day.

Placed my order on Sunday December 18th hoping it would be here by Christmas.

Well by Thursday 22nd it still wasn’t dispatched. Rang the number on the website; turns out it is out of service. Sent multiple emails and Instagram messages which went unanswered.

Mug was finally dispatched on 3rd January and arrived today. Would never have bothered ordering if knew this would be the case, as I had to buy a different Christmas present for this person so I had something to actually give them.

Luckily the website only sells cheap silly items, so not too big a loss. Still, I would urge people to not waste their time and order elsewhere.

Very dodgy to have such misleading claims about next-day dispatch and then no way to get in touch with the company.

Rude and info online wrong on dropshipping

Dropshipping service info is live on website, sent 2 emails, rang this morning a guy answered with just hello, I asked about dropshipping, he rather abruptly told me it's not happening anymore as to many people have messed him around, I politely pointed out it would be good to get an email explaining this and the website is live saying you offer it. he rudely said well I'm not doing it anymore and hung up ! WOW.

needs to learn customer servicecskills and professional business manner, perhaps if you update your website you won't get enquiries !!!!!. RUDE.

Ghosted

Really wanted to work with Everything Funky for dropshipping for my Etsy and Ebay shops. Initially contact was great. I sent my designs over and then they stopped replying to emails, so I was effectively ghosted. No idea why. It would be much better to just say you can't take on any clients or don't want to work with me!

Ordered Father’s Day card wrong one received

Ordered Father’s Day card and wrong one was sent so I rang company kindly said they would send replacement … that was on the 9th a week later nothing had arrived so I emailed 2 times with no response fathers days arrived no card , so I emailed company again with my views on the matter … and finally was emailed back with quiet a rude response ‘ you need to check your emails ‘ but I had checked that’s why I was complaining all I wanted was my Father’s Day card , but being told it was on its way on the 9th it clearly wasn’t ……really disappointed not even offered refund ..

Great Cards!!

Great card designs. Purchased a few for birthdays throughout this year and now all ready for Christmas. Will very much enjoying sending these to my family and friends.

Huge delay, no explanation, very poor service

Ordered a greeting card on Monday for a birthday on Sunday. On the Friday got in touch to ask where the card was. Email reply on the Friday said they 'thought it had been sent' but they'd check. Another email from me to them the next week because the card still had not arrived. The following Thursday, they sent a brief email saying sorry for the delay, the card has now been sent. Didn't address the issue of no contact with me, nor of saying it had been sent when it hadn't, nor the fact I told them it was for a birthday on the Sunday (what use is a birthday card a week late?). Really very very poor service. Would never use them again.

Great products and great customer service

Ordered two mugs and really pleased to get a 10% discount as a first time user. There was a mix up and I only received one mug and there was a slight printing error. Contacted the company to let them know and they were brilliant. Sent a replacement and the other mug really quickly and in perfect condition, well packaged and looking great. Mistakes can happen but you can tell the good companies - the ones who sort it out effortlessly. Will definitely use this company again next time I need any similar products.

Stay clear

I was looking for a company to dropship my T shirts and mugs. They seemed fine until I realized that, not only do they sell the same type of stuff as me, but I found my original design on a lot of their products. Competing with me on Amazon and ebay too. What a bunch of charlatans.

Stay clear if you want your original ideas ripped off by the company who is supposed to be printing them for you!
