Had our EV charger fitted this morning by Shaun from EV Heroes, he was on time, very efficient, helpful with the start up of the App and even found our smart meter that had been hiding in our electricity box for 5 years. Definitely recommend the company and Shaun, 5 star service.

Had an Ohme EV charger installed by Connor. The installation was completed without issue and Connor helped me setup the Ohme app and even transfer my electricity tariff to a more cost effective one. Very helpful and great customer service!!

Bought my car through Audi and part of the package was an install with EVHeroes.

The install was completed by Shaun. he was neat, tidy and polite. He explained everything really well and even helped me set the app up on my phone.

Would highly recommend for a quick, easy and disturbance free install.

In total from picking my car up until install I waited about 4 weeks :)

Excellent clean and tidy installation, nothing was to much trouble for Shaun the installer,he then took time to link my phone to the app and show me how it all works.

Local, competitive and with an excellent remote survey to allow a true quote without a pressurised sales process. Luke was prompt, polite, tidy and very professional and completed the job and set up of the charger in just a few hours.

Thanks to the whole team who got my charger fitted quickly and simply.

Rachel took the time to explain and guide me from my initial enquiry which was appreciated as it was my first purchase of an ev charger.

The install was completed by Connor, he called on route, was neat and tidy and went through any options regarding cabling etc. He then explained everything and left me feeling really confident with the day to day use.

Luke Jones installed are Ohme charger, made it look easy, no disturbance to us at all, we work from home. Charge is latest tech, easy to work. Solar panels next...totally recommend EV Heros good lad Luke..spot on service

Brilliant EV Charger Install

I have just had my Hypervolt Home 3.0 installed and John did a wonderful job; He arrived on time and was very polite and helpful with everything. I would highly recommend this company.

Engineer arrived promptly, was polite, neat installation and explained how system worked.

Had my port fitted today excellent service the young lad that fitted it was helpful , polite told me everything I had to know gave me different options so helpful.

It was quick & tidy installation and all clean at the end highly recommended wish I knew his name.

The electrician, Gene was extremely helpful and patient. He continually explained the process and asked if we were happy with the siting of the different parts of the system. He didn’t rush and was happy to make changes if needs be. I would strongly recommend him and Evheroes.

Whilst our new car is still a few weeks out today was the day for our charging port to be installed.

From start to finish the service has been fantastic where after the initial planning stages was complete the installation was painless.

Communication started the night before advising of arrival times and sure enough a knock on the door exactly as planned. (I do love punctuality)

My installation was completed by Wes and Gene who were both fantastic. From thier technical ability in completing thier work to their professionalism in the manner that they conducted themselves.

Talking me through each step .. confirming key decisions .. ensuring I was happy and then cleaning up after themselves ensuring that the house was left as close to how they found it as possible.

Overall I couldn't fault Wes and Gene .. they are a credit to the company and as such I would have no hesitation in recommending EvHeroes to anyone I know looking for an installation.

Wez came to fit our charger. He was early and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble and explained everything thoroughly. It took about 2 hours and he even offered a hand to get my shopping out of my car for me. Lovely guy thanks 😊
