Been a loyal customer since 2021 and yet to this day I have never been disrespected and they stole my money, yes! I have placed my usual amount of order since Aug 27th and paid 3€ for delivery and guess what it was never delivered and until now they haven’t delivered nor tried to reach me about this! I sent multiple emails and nothing! Customer service bumber doesnt work! Will file a dispute to my bank. Will tagged this a fraud and I will never order again on site! I’ll start searching for a new label of water.

Been buying evian for like 10 years they recently changed the caps on their bottles making them clear and not reusable as they are designed to break if you try to remove them. There was nothing wrong with the old caps this is just an attempt to force sales. I will defend this review and repost it endlessly if you attempt to have it removed so go crazy.

I have been drinking this water for years it’s my favourite. I have absolutely no problem with the water. I love it. But, come on Evian what is going on with these new tops, they are horrible, they leak and the plastic is really sharp, and it’s really annoying that the seal strips do not come off, when you drink the water, the top of the cap gets in the way 😫😫😫

THE NEW TOPS . ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL,
WE HAVE HAD 3 LEAKS WITH THESE IN THE CAR ,
ALSO THEY ARE NOT EASY TO USE AT ALL.
PLEASE CHANGE THEM BACK TO HOW THEY WERE.
.THEY CAN SPILL OVER YOU AND SPILL OVER YOU .
