From initial contact with company all the way to installation, clear, concise and easy to understand information was given. There was no hard sell and I like the idea of using in-house employees rather than sub contracting the work out. The whole team were friendly but very professional and it’s good to know there is excellent after-install service too in case of any questions or queries that may arise later on.

We recently had solar panels and battery storage installed by EVi at the house. From the initial contact and any follow up with them the communication has been excellent. The team who worked on the project were happy to answer questions and tell us how everything worked. After sale support has also been excellent, emails are answered quickly and effectively.
All in all a neat and tidy project.

Installation by EVi roofers and electricians was efficient, neatly finished off and closely followed the survey plan. All tradesmen were pleasant and a pleasure to have around the property for the week.
The battery system supplied by GivEnergy was initially troublesome and eventually required an improved design battery control box to be fitted to achieve proper communication with the inverter. This led to an extrordinary delay of seven weeks to have the GivEnergy site engineer visit the installation for what turned out to be a 30 min swap-out fix. This unfortunate delay was outwith the control of EVi, although we did still benefit from the solar panels doing their job by significantly reducing our net power consumption from the grid for the seven weeks.
We suspect the entire supply team has learned a valuable lesson.

Evi Renewables were highly recommended to me by a previous customer, and after they completed my installation I have to say a true 5 star service. Start to finish the whole process was smooth, polished and professional, sign of a very good team throughout. They installed solar, battery and EV charging point all within the three days, including taking the scaffolding away, right on target.
Nothing was too much bother and all work was done with great enthusiasm and commitment to high quality. I was kept informed and involved at every step to ensure I was completely happy.
Apart from the charger on the garage, you wouldn’t know they had been, everything was hidden, buried and tidied up really well, even to the point of adding slate chips to ensure it looked exactly as before.

Big thank you to all the installation team involved, well done on a great job.
I’m already seeing the benefits with all this lovely weather.

Added bonus was being able to clean out the gutters using the scaffolding!

Professional and hardworking team - credit to the company.

I recently got solar panels and battery installed by EVI Renewables. From the start no high power salesman, excellent communication from day one and nothing was too much trouble. The lads were a joy to have around - keeping me informed on the work they were doing, always clearing up after they finished each day, putting in a lot of effort to make sure no wiring was showing, etc. Would highly recommend.

A great team doing the installation, very neat and tidy, but it was the extraeffort to hide cables and keep everything tidy that made a difference. The cables being routed into the garage were buried and then hidden behind a wooden board.

From initial consultation there was no high pressure salesman's ship A clear discussion about my requirements and Any pros and cons. We went ahead with installation of solar panels battery and Ev charging point.The installation took 3 days, and was completed and scaffolding removed on the 3rd day.The commissioning was completed on the 4th day due to extreme weather on Jan 24th. To date installation has been running 12 days but has reduced electricity consumption to zero on 3 sunny days which for this time of year I didn't expect. I'm awaiting an EV shortly so a full assessment will take time. I can only say so far that I'm very satisfied and any queries have been dealt with professionally and I can only recommend on my experience

The workers were efficient, polite and careful. There was an unexpected subsequent problem with my car charger but the office team were helpful and it was resolved.

Each interaction with the EVi team went well. Firstly there was no 'selling', just advising by Neil (and saying what you can't do/have). The pre installation communication was all prompt & easy, and the installation teams (Greg's team for electricians and Bob's team of roofers) were all very professional and timely.
The system is working and generating 'free' electricity even in dull January days in Scotland.

The team were brilliant at installing the GivEnergy EV charger in a tricky house. Had Tommy and the team previously install a battery and inverter to go with solar panels and a heat pump 1 year ago which all work brilliantly. Tommy was again brilliant and I can’t speak highly enough of this team.

Good communication from EVI and the workmanship on installation was top notch. Greg and Jack were very amenable, professional and consulted us on where and how we wanted to run cables etc. Very happy with EVI service received so far
