The teacher was very knowledgeable. And provided very good insights in various topics.
Questions were more than welcome, so that real time challenges could be discussed and potentially solutioned.
The course is suitable for beginners and offers a very good introduction to customs related matters.
By attending and fulfilling your homework obligations you are on a good track to pass the final exam.
I really enjoyed this experience as I was also able to hear input from other participants regarding respective topics.

Comprehensive summary of export control and sanctions. 'Teachers' are seasoned and experienced in the topic.

The trainer was both dynamic and knowledgeable. He made sure to keep our attention on the topics while throwing in interesting and relatable stories. I would recommend him for this training.

Rigid instructor, unplesant learning enviroment.
A third of the group were people without previous experience on the field (me included); however, teacher didn't adapt pace to include us. Instead, she focused on more experienced students asking questions only them can answer. On top of that she made comments like: only smart people will know the answer".
During first 3 lessons, whenever I asked questions my answers were :"no, that not it" (no further explanations) or "what do you think?" then teacher addressed to the rest of the class a generic answer, faulting to check if it was clear to me or if I had further questions.
Fearing I was being oversensitive (different cultural background), I commented my impresions with other 6 students to check if they were having same experience I was having, their feedback agreed with mine.
After one of the students dropout of the course, teacher attitude softened; she seems more opened and patient with group questions.
All in all, my opinion is that course was a waste of my time and my employer money.
To keep: guest teacher - class about digital aangifte was clear, well prepared and useful.
To change: Docent attitude - she should avoid playing favorites and treat all students with respect. Confrontations with students and condensending tone have no place on a classroom.
Material - information in the binder is dense and unnecessary lengthty. Make glossaries or summarize useful information.
