I placed an order few days ago
I placed an order few days ago, and today i got cancelation email. i was wondering whats the problem so i just reply the email asking why they cancell my order.
And i got rude respond from Eric N. Stevens which was COO of the company, you can read the whole conversation here:

lesson to seller/webshop onwer, just because your customers using forwarding service doesnt mean they are scammers, just ask them gently for verification abt proof of the payment/whatever you needed, yet they didnt ask me anything and saying im an a** hole.
STAY AWAY FROM SITE WITH BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE, AND I JUST REALIZED THEY DONT EVEN HAVE CUSTOMERS FEEDBACKS/REVIEWS ON GOOGLE. IM GLAD THEY ARE REFUNDING MY MONEY,
