Incredibly unprofessional. I was supposed to be paid on July 31st, still waiting for that payment even though I did all the work I was assigned to do until then. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting.
I hired Evolv to build a website and a couple ads. It took them over a month to get what I paid for and it still looks like AI slop. I would not recommend working with these guys they were very slow to make simple changes.
I suspect they are still trying to steal leads from the website they built me.
In summary they are bad at their job and I suspect them of shady practices and stealing client information.
Absolutely terrible experience. I regret ever doing business with EVOLV Digital.
I was charged without my approval, and once they had my money, it became nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and there was no accountability whatsoever.
If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how they treat everyone else. Save yourself the frustration, stress, and potential financial headache. Read everything carefully before giving them your payment information.
I would never recommend EVOLV Digital based on my experience, and I certainly won’t be using them again.
My 16-year-old son had a Zoom call with this company where he clearly stated he wasn’t ready to move forward. They convinced him to pay $100 to “hold an offer” with the promise that no services would begin. Then they talked him into paying more — and ultimately charged his card a total of $1,197 without authorization.
He received no services in return. No onboarding, no ad setup, no communication. Nothing.
When he posted an honest review about his experience, EVOLV Creative Digital Solutions LLC emailed him a cease and desist letter, threatening legal action to silence him.
Let’s be clear: minors cannot legally enter into binding contracts. This company took advantage of a teenager, charged his card multiple times without consent, provided nothing, and then tried to intimidate him through email for speaking the truth.
This is not just unethical — it’s predatory. Avoid this company.
