This was the last time...Almost every time I ordered from them something bad happened.
I received a broken (multiple broken pieces) fruit juicer and had to fight for my right to replace it. Although i returned the product in just a couple of hours, with no signs of usage (the juicer was brand new and clean), the customer care guy asked me: "How do we know YOU didn't broke it?" and refused to change my product of refund it. I had to talk to a bunch of evomag employees until finally a manager decided to accept my refund
This time i ordered a set of a chair and a table for kids, with a 3-5 days delivery time, and after 2 weeks of waiting for the product and repeatedly calling them to ask why the delay, which they responded with "The product will arrive to you soon", the finally answered (after i called them again) and they said have the products in their warehouse for a week now, but one of them (the table) is broken, and if i agree for them to deliver only the chair. They had the broken table for one week and did not call me. Their customer service is the worst! Stay away!

They said the phone was repackaged only but it had 230 charge cycles. DO NOT TRUST this store.
A repackaged phone should have maybe 20 cycles, not over 200!

Terrible. if i could give it 0 stars i honestly would. fair prices. you order and nothing shows up, they just cancel your order saying that they have no inventory. If you cannot provide the services you say you provide then just go out of business and save our time.

They only offer a one-year warranty, even though it is clearly stated on the website that it is 2 years.
Romanian law explicitly states the obligation to provide a 2-year warranty, regardless of whether the party is an individual or a legal entity.

they are not serious, they do not answer you when you contact them and the delivery takes an extremely long time, I ordered a product on Thursday and it arrived the following week, also on Thursday, taking into account that the delivery was also in Bucharest. I do not recommend!

Bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, only to discover that it was resealed. The package comes with 2 factory seals and one of them was sliced and taped afterwards. So they sell resealed products at full price. If I wanted a resealed one, I would have bought one and payed less. I do not recommend this store. Scammers.

Sent a Pixel phone back for repairs under warranty (malfunctioning screen). No feedback whatsoever, when I inquired, they answered that it takes up to 90 days to repair if the phone was purchased by a company.
I have ordered a new processor valued at 700€, and I got it in the same foil envelope in which the invoice was put. The original box was missing.
Per customer care "tHe CuStoMs HaD OpEnEd ThE pAcKAge anD ReTaiNed tHE oRiGiNal Box" - I even laughed when I heard this.
I waited about a month to receive my order and I wake up with a message that it was canceled for some strange reason. DISAPPOINTING!!!!
I purchased a resealed product from evoMAG, advertised as being “carefully inspected before resale.” Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The product was defective, and the staff seemed uninterested in the actual quality of the inspections. Part of the blame falls on me for not testing it on the spot, but this does not excuse their lack of professionalism. I’m left with the loss and disappointment. I do not recommend evoMAG, especially when there are better options available on the market.
I do not recommend this store. I ordered an expensive product from EvoMAG last Sunday because it said it will be delivered in a few days. I called them on Tuesday asking if they're sure they will deliver it by Friday and they said that it will most probably arrive early next week. I asked if I can come and pick it up myself so that we save some time and they said that if I do that I should have it this week. They changed the order to personal pick-up. I called again on Friday to confirm I'll be able to drive to the showroom to pick it up and they said it still didn't arrive in the showroom. I now cancelled my order, let's see when I get my money back. Needless to say, I'll never order from them again.
The order placed was was cancelled after 3 weeks. Morover, they have took the money for it and said it's the bank that should return it. Awful experience with them and would not recommend buying from them
I would rate this company -100, I ordere a brand new TV whicj came with the whole display broken. This was not visible upon initial inspection, as the external layer protecting the screen was hiding this.
Only when I plugged in the TV and the panel lit up, I was able to see the damage; the courier wss long gone, so could not do anything to return it.
I brought the TV to Evomag's service and they charged me the full amount and more, the initial TV price was 2300RON ( 570 euro ) and they asked 3200 RON ( 640 euro ) for a refurbished panel. I am going to court with them to resolve this.
Please avoid this miserable company if you don't want to go through this
