All my previous experiences were great but now
Guys ..... you have the same exchange rate since BTC was 18.1 now is 19.1 and you still didn't change the exchange fee is to much come on for every 1000 usd is costing 200 usd + the paypal comission your clients are paying overal +/- 27%
LE: 18.1 and 19.1 was the price of BTC 18.1 K USD
So the problem is that your exchange rate is 2000 USD less thant the price of BTC . Ok you guys should win on this is normal but to keep the exchange rate with 2000 USD under is to much
I just checked now ... BTC price is 19000 USD your exchange rate is 17000 USD .... so this is the problem because is to much to big this difference

Thanks for your review. But i do not understand what you mean by 18.1 and 19.1? We are not charging 27%. That would be crazy. Any crypto-to-PayPal transaction is around 10% and PayPal takes 5% away from that. We believe that this is fair due to our easy exchange with NO KYC or sign.-up required and something you would see other places where FIAT exit is a possibility.

We received your BTC to PayPal transaction but were unable to transfer the USD to your PayPal account because it was rejected by PayPal. You was notified on the issue and we asked you to provide us your BTC address for a refund in which we completed on the 12th november 2020. The BTC was sent back to this address: 1DcJfrTdXTrgjDzKJcDxFBEqFzRshKcbgQ

Then later the same day you ask us to try again one last time, but I tell you that we no longer have your BTC and you can try to submit a new order. Now you are coming back calling us a scam ?

Legit website, but...
4 stars just because its legit, but there are 2 problems with Evonax.
1.- Prices are very low, this means if bitcoin today is $15.500, they use $13.700 as value, so there you loose a lot of money
2.- Transactions take long. It could be great to recieve the money instantly, so that we dont have to wait long hours.

1. Yes, all Crypto-to-PayPal exchanges are a little more expensive due to the cost and complexity around the process of converting crypto to USD on PayPal. We have to pay a high fee for this on PayPal and need to have a lower rate on this pair to stay in business.
2. From 2021, all crypto-to-PayPal will be instant as it is with our crypto-to-crypto right now. You can experience some waiting time for crypto-to-Paypal because we do it manually to make sure everything goes smoothly. We are working on making it instant too. All crypto-to-crypto are executed instantly.

Fast, reliable and no issue
Have never used evonax before for the conversion purposes. Therefore, I was a bit worried about how would it turned out to be but the services they provide are amazingly fast and transparent. I was skeptical at first
I was skeptical at first, but they are indeed legit. Tried a small amount for $20 and was paid within the hour. Awesome service. I am wondering though - Will Paypal limit or close accounts because we are buying bitcoin? I see payment is sent directly from Evonax titled account on Paypal so Paypal knows people are buying bitcoin/trading currencies. Is this still an issue now?

The fees are high though :/
I've transacted about 300$ over a few months with evonax, all is good with them, there's no troubles. However, I feel the fee for these transactions are insane. It takes around 10% fee per transaction!
Maybe reduce this, or possibly explain why it's so much?

We are working hard to reduce the fee on PayPal transactions. PayPal charges 5% on the spread and we have to convert the crypto into USD and transfer it to PayPal to pay our customers. On top of that we take the risk of buying the crypto and with all these sums together, it becomes quite costly and we also need to make some profit on this in order to keep doing the business. If you compare to other sites that offers PayPal payouts, you will find that 15% is a normal fee and we are the cheapest solution on the market if you compare the instant and fairly easy process of converting crypto into USD to PayPal.
