This was a total scam.

Ordered a vent hood from this company via amazon in November. The hood arrived with no screws, which resulted in the entire motor falling out. The hood is scratched and the vents are significantly damaged. This product looks like it came from the junk yard. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. After following up with Amazon, we were told that the product is under warranty from the manufacturer so we should call them directly. The manufacturer let us know that the seller is not in fact an authorized distributor for this product, as amazon advertised. We used amazon points for the purchase so cannot even dispute the purchase with our credit card company. This was a total scam.

Poor customer service

I ordered a Broan range hood from evVive via Amazon. The unit came with a defect. EvVive apparently has a 24 hour return policy which is totally unreasonable. Given I'm in the middle of a major do-it-yourself kitchen remodel, I unfortunately didn't get around to checking the hood out and reporting it until day four. I would happily exchange for a defect-free range hood, but evVive turned me down.

This company STINKS!

Order for a Summit SWC3066 Wine Cooler -
Ordered on 10/28/13. Received totally damaged on 11/27/13 (it takes a month to have a cooler delivered to my home???) Called evVive on the 11/28. Sent them pictures of the damage on the 11/29. I had this broken cooler in my house until 12/12. It was finally picked up and I have heard nothing, nor received a refund. On 12/16, I filed a complaint with my credit card company whose has issued me a temporary credit. evVive's CS act very nice in emails and on the phone. The problem is that they do not do anything pro-actively or punctual! DO NOT BUY from this company or expect a BIG disappointment like I have.

HORRIFIC SERVICE - STAY AWAY- AMAZON WILL NOT GET INVOLVED TO HELP YOU!

We regrettably trusted Amazon to only pair us up with quality sellers, and in so doing purchased a $1300+ gas stove top from EVIVE. The unit was to be delivered to us between May 2 and May 8th. After numerous excuses from the company as to why our purchase was never delivered, on May 16th we cancelled the order, having NEVER RECEIVED the product. The company refused to refund our money, and after I filed a dispute with American Express, they sent AMEX a response saying that the item had been delivered on April 30th, and therefore they were keeping the money. We have been in constant contact with EVIVE, when they can be contacted that is, and have been given every excuse in the book as to why they can't refund us money for an item they never sent us. We are filing a lawsuit this week. I suggest you be a bit smarter than us, and just avoid this company like the plague that they are.

Caveat Emptor - This company sold me damaged merchandise.

This firm sold me damaged goods and then refused to accept a return because of their policies. A quick search of the internet shows that they have a pattern of selling damaged goods to unwitting consumers. On May 24th I placed an order for a Scotsman ice maker (SCCG50M1BU 15). I promptly received a response that said to schedule delivery with their carrier. After this I received several messages that said "Your order has shipped and is currently on its way. The tracking number is: H5239558 and PO: SO15702. Several weeks later I still had no delivery and I inquired and was told the item had been lost in shipping. I received several more messages with new delivery dates, but delivery never occurred despite the fact that i was given specific dates and times to wait around for a driver. Nearly a month later, a driver delivered the item, with no notice given to me, to the wrong address, and the driver convinced a worker at the house to accept the delivery and sign for the ice maker, without properly inspecting the item, because the driver pointed out that the packaging was in perfect condition upon simple visual inspection The worker had no authority to accept the shipment and no permission. Several months later, when the plumber went to install the unit, he opened the package and it was clearly damaged and had been repackaged to look pristine. We have the original packaging in perfect condition and an affidavit from the plumber that the box had never been opened before he went to install it. The company has refused to process a return for the item which is the remedy I seek.
