I got one of the EWin Knight Series Chairs.
It was a bit difficult to put together due to the fact the instructions came in Spanish, but it's still a great chair. my job makes me sit at my desk for 6+ hours, and this chair is super comfortable, the back pillow keeps me from slouching too much and the arm rests are nice with the adjustable height. Also the fact it reclines back is super nice when I wanna relax!

It's not bad! It was very complicated to set up but the results are quite good. Very comfy.

I got their E-WIN USA Edition Champion Series Ergonomic Computer Gaming Office Chair With Pillows and it's fantastic.

I suffer from back pains and it's virtually gone with this chair. Assembly is pretty simple and brings everything you need.

Their customer service chat feature is just an email system. You don't chat with a live agent (from my experience). So you'd have to wait for them to reply via email.

Took me about 30-45 minutes after I figured everything out from the manual. Speaking of their manual, the images used weren't from the model I purchased.

So improvise if you don't see your model in the images. They're basically are all built the same but with 1 or 2 differences.

Once it was finally assembled, it felt like a massive difference from the coffee table seat I've been using.

It's soft, comfortable and the pillows cushion usual tension spots to promote proper posture.

It's worth the investment and was a steal at $216 USD plus free FedEx shipping. They ship really fast (next day).

Would I recommend E-WIN? HIGHLY! At this low price and quality, you really can't beat it. If you can't afford it then use PayPal 4 payment installments.

If you suffer from back issues then this will relief it while sitting. It's the type of chair you can play and stream for hours.

Minor note: be sure to have a Phillips screwdriver in hand just in case shipping knocked it too hard and a part got loose.

5-stars product go get it you'll absolutely love it and use it all the time. If you like Captain America at all, this chair also fits the bill. Now go forth and buy it right now!

as a big guy, 6'1 460 lbs i can say that the chair i ordered....nothind even comes close to comfort! I had a problem where the base got warped and i got intouch with the company and they sent me a replacement no problem. I would highly recommend all their products and i will be shopping with them again!

Terrible customer service. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone by email, phone or livechat. They never even answer the livechat during the hours it should be available. Their products might be passable if you have no issues with shipping or the item itself that you'd need to contact them, else you're out of luck.

Hello everyone, so I'm writing this review because I thought at one point this desk was going to be awesome (EWIN 2.0 RGB Gaming Desk)

Instead, I got it put it together, fell in love with it, then one day it just stopped working. Wouldn't light up or anything. Checked all cables, checked all connections. Nothing. Contacted support and they responded fairly quickly but it took the piece about 2 months to get here and now upon looking at it it's the wrong piece. I had to constantly email to check status because there was no word of where the piece was for the entire time.

I've heard of people saying their bad reviews being removed by the company, so I'm going to copy and paste this review to repost Incase of such an incident. I will gladly update this and give it a 5 star when I can get this $400 desk working the way it's supposed to be working.

I ordered the chair after a chair of 6 years broke. I ordered it at the beginning of April, 2021. I received notification that it shipped! I was excited as there were issues where the website crashed during purchasing and they had to delete my order and I had to reorder. So I waited. a week then 2 went by and I had gotten nothing. I contact them and they give me the tracking info and they said it was delivered. They also said it was just the pad that goes under the chair and that the chair would be shipped out at the end of April. I look at the delivery date as we have 7 people here all working from home. It was on a Sunday they week before. I check with everyone, I check our drop house where everything is left so it can be put in the garage safely (Pandemic and all). I search the whole yard and I check our security cameras. Nothing was ever delivered and Fedex never even stopped at our house the day it was reported to be delivered. I talked to Fedex and they stated that I had to go through the seller so they can make a claim. After a few days Ewin responded saying a replacement would be sent with the chair.
Now the date is May 7th. Still no information as the chair being sent so I contacted them. A few days later they tell me that their container was still on hold and that it was due at their warehouse by the 12th and that it would be shipped no later than the 14th. I asked if the pad would still be with it and they said yes.
May 16th, still no tracking. I contacted them via their Twitter page as they seemed to drop off the face of the earth with the website and email responses. They responded when I tagged them in a complaint. They stated that it still had not arrived to their warehouse. They offered to swap the chair for a different color. I said fine and that was the last I heard from them. A week later I reached out and they gave me the updated tracking. It was out for delivery and I got it. The chair, no pad. The different color, not the one I ordered. I reach out again and ask about the pad. They just tell me it was delivered on the 15th of April. I brought back all the correspondence and they said I have to contact Fedex. I reached out to Fedex only again to be told that Ewin needed to report it lost so that it can get refunded. As of this point I am still waiting for them to respond. 3 days later.
Avoid them at all costs or go through Paypal where you can actually get your money back. Maybe Paypal will end up doing something about it like take them off their list of venders.

Great chair for doing anything on your PC!
Chair arrived in little over a week, assembly was under 10mins for me and was in perfect shape. Really comfortable for long gaming or video editing sessions on my PC! Recommend getting one if you don't have one yet!

I received my chair in Canada a week after the shipping label was sent to me! Chair was very easy to assemble and very comfortable. Absolutely loved the small number of steps, as well as the design of the chair and its comfort!

This chair surpasses all other gaming chairs! Extremely comfortable & affordable, will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new chair!

So at first I was going to give it 4 stars because it took 2 weeks for me to receive the chair but due to the Corona virus it is understandable and when receiving it, the quality and simplicity of assembling it was nothing short of great and way better than my previous chair and also the pricing was great with free shipping

The chair is comfortable and is actually big enough for me (I am 6'3"). So I like that a tall person like myself can sit in it for hours at a time

I have had two chairs and I do not regret it at all, one of the best experiences, very comfortable and very aesthetically beautiful.

Personally I have had nothing but good expierences with this company and their products. While some may have gotten bad luck with certain product, it can happen sometimes, really hard to test unopened products for quality control. Overall great company to order from.

This is a product I would not recommend to anyone least of all a friend. It's quality of build is nowhere near their claims. The base is cheap made of steel with shoddy welds, the tilt mechanism is poor quality, the handles are very cheap and flimsy, the wheels are cheap plastic and the base isset so far back that if you don't have one of the legs pointing forward it tends to want to tip over. the pillow and the backrest are very uncomfortable made of hard foam that digs into your back and offers no cushioning to your neck. They lied about the value and country of manufacture which raised a red flag with Revenue Canada who seized it and wouldn't release it until I took care of taxes and duties which a reputable company would have taken care of, being that I bought it on a Canadian web site. It does not compare to a chair I bought from Andaseat. The quality of the packing was far from adequate a few pieces of cardboard and foam, I'm surprised the chair was undamaged. I would have returned it but the shipping and restocking fees would have been over $100 and that would have been if they would accept a return.

My experience was great, delivery was fast and the chair is so easy to build. Materials are clearly of great quality and it just fits me and my workspace perfectly. I got to work alongside this amazing company with it’s comfortable seat I could sleep on it the chair it’s great recommend to family and friends even neighbors

I bought my chair last March because the price was so great and was delighted to find the quality was EXCELLENT!!! Always recommend it! :)

I’m shocked to see poor reviews about customer interaction. I had a pleasant experience from start to chair arriving. The assembly was easy and the chair seems very high quality and EXTREMELY comfy. I thought I would have horrendous posture forever but I guess all I needed was an Ewin chair!
