All good until you want to cancel

All good until you want to cancel.. 1 month notice period in black & white on the digital mandate when you sign up. Contacted the business manager to explain what was happening (STILL PAYING SEVERAL MONTHS LATER), who claimed it was 3 months until I showed proof of it being 1 month via email. No progress after claiming he was going to his 'director'. AVOID.

Great software!

We've been using Eworks Manager for over five years, and it continues to be an essential part of our daily operations. The system offers everything we need to manage our business efficiently—from quotes and jobs to invoicing—all in one place.

Support is always easy to access, with multiple contact options including support tickets, phone calls, and training sessions available directly through both the admin system and mobile app. The help videos are especially valuable for onboarding new staff or exploring features we're less familiar with. On occasions where we've needed additional guidance, the support team has promptly provided detailed training guides, which have proven incredibly useful for future reference.

Overall, Eworks Manager is a reliable, user-friendly solution that I would highly recommend to any company looking to streamline their workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Ongoing Charges After Cancellation – Extremely Poor Experience with Eworks Manager

My experience with Eworks Manager has been extremely disappointing. The onboarding support was helpful when we first signed up, but things changed dramatically after I cancelled our subscription several months ago via your online ticketing system.

Despite submitting multiple tickets and sending several follow-up emails, our company is still being charged monthly. When someone does eventually respond, they either ask how I cancelled or say they’ll look into it — yet nothing ever happens. I've clearly outlined that the cancellation was submitted through your official ticketing system, and I’ve requested reimbursement for every month we’ve been wrongly charged. Because I do not use Eworks in several months, I cannot log back into my account.

I contacted Eworks again this week and, once again, received no reply.

It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be ignored after being so actively pursued during the sales process. Your company continues to take payments without consent and fails to acknowledge or act on multiple support requests.

I’ve been left with no choice but to leave a 1-star review publicly, as it seems to be the only way to get a response.

Almost impossible to get in contact…

Almost impossible to get in contact with support. No one to talk to and no/or very late answer on mail. Now after 2 months nothing has been done to my matter and also to my new contract. Same answer every time: I will take your matter further to right department...

Long time users experiencing decline in service

Our company have been using Eworks for around 7 years now. Over the years, the system has served our company well and covered the functions we were looking for. However, in recent years we have seen a decline in service. Support takes ages to rectify issues, and sometimes these really impact our workflow.

The price increases per user band are completely unjustified. It was an additional £300 per month as soon as we hit 50 users. For months we have only sat at 52 users, so we are hardly getting any value for such a hike! Many similar systems charge on a per user basis, which provides a much more flexible and accountable way of charging.

So now we are paying £1088 + VAT per month, for a service that frequently doesn't work to it's full capacity. and is falling behind in terms of new features. Despite the huge upheaval it would cause our company to change system, if things haven't improved by the end of the year we will be looking for an alternative.

Poor Security

Concerned by security posture and data sanitisation practices

Send username and password within same email. Password should never be sent to user via email as it is an unencypted service, especially when a password change is not enforced after the fact.

Based off this sloppy practise, I wonder what other grevious security failings exist within their products, and how safe customer data actually is

Eworks

We have been using eworks for a year now, I'm looking at all these wonderful reviews and to be honest we are struggling to make this package work for us . The mobile site hasn't all the info on for the operative and the desk top is frustrating as the pages close down when you save and you might not have wanted to leave the page . Saying all this the ticket support is good and I have learned a lot and adjusted many fields, tailoring the package more to our companies needs since chatting with the very helpful support team . Its fairly pricey too coming in at approx £100 per calendar month and being such a fairly large overhead for a busy but fairly small business.
I'm hoping with further input on both sides that this will be an invaluable tool for the future . We are just not there yet and we need to be .

Forget The Rest, Employ The Best

Have been using this platform to manage our onsite engineers and sub-contractors for about 3 years now, excellent system, stopped customer complaints around engineering attendance and onsite reports. Still using them so must be good. Customer service is great also.

Great product, we use it to manage a high volume of jobs passed through to our sub-contract network of installers. We have been using it for several years, "does what it says on the tin"

Does the job it’s intended for!

Used this software for a number of years now and always found it to be very reliable and easy to use. I’m a construction company that also does maintenance work so would definitely recommend for these types of companies but I know it would work well for many other industries too.

Boost to our business

I have been using Eworks Manager for several years now and have seen a great improvement with our business. We no longer have paper jobs sheets and timesheets are working out from the app automatically.
Support from the team has been great!
