DO NOT BUY from ExacMe!
Please let my agony result in others not having to deal with this company.
Item I had purchased via Amazon from ExacMe = MCombo lift recliner
In this case, buying directly from MCombo (chair is great) was our solution.
I'd recommend finding the manufacturer of any product you're buying & BUY DIRECT.
My experience:
Purchasing from ExacMe was a nightmare. Put me to tears.
Christmas gift for our aging parents (dad uses walker & needed a lift recliner)
ExacMe sent a USED chair. No doubt about it. We paid full price and the chair received was damaged, had missing parts & extra parts!
I reached out to ask for a refund and they didn't listen and sent a replacement instead and expected us to pay for shipping back the defective chair!!

After many back and forth emails (I asked for a phone call, but they wouldn't call me) I had to get Amazon's help.
Thank goodness they intervened, but it was a horrible, long & embarrassing experience.
Our poor parents (in their 80s) had to deal with everything since we live out-of-state.
Once ordered directly from MCombo, no issues + 10% less expensive (for the same chair)
Do your homework & avoid this company.
