Use another company. ANY other company.

Excalibur quoted us a price, showed up on moving day and more than doubled it. They took our things, promised a reasonable delivery date, and then kept them for weeks longer than they had said. When we called to express our frustration our phone calls were ignored and unanswered 90% of the time. When we DID get somebody on the phone they made it clear that they could not care less about us or our things.

When they finally brought our stuff the truck was stuffed so full that I could see how squished and damaged my possessions were from inside the house. They broke serving dishes, a smart TV, a classic gameboy, damaged both of our dressers, stole one of our boxes of liquor and left us a bit of somebody else's clothing. While the movers were here they also asked me, a homeowner who they don't know, if I could tell them if a few mystery items were mine or not. They didn't know. Who knows. It amounted to a few boxes, a guitar, and a very broken mirror. They weren't mine so I told them so, but what if I weren't honest and wanted a guitar?! After that the movers explained that they were mixed up because their truck had been stopped by the police and searched for drugs the night before. They showed me pictures. I wish I was lying, but I'm not creative enough to make this up.

When I try to call to see how I can file for compensation on my broken, damaged, and stolen things, how I can get this bin back to its proper owner, and maybe to follow up on our movers possibly being drug mules, no answer. Of course.

Don't use Excalibur. If you're going to move a long way and are considering going with them for your moving needs, instead just collect all your stuff in a big pile and light it all on fire. You'll be less stressed out for less time.

SCAM!!!!!

SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT give Excalibur Moving a deposit!!! I honestly feel that Excalibur Moving is a front for a theft ring, in my experience with them, nothing about this organization rings true as a moving company!! I have made several large corporate moves with well known moving companies and can confidently say that this is not a legitimate moving organization!!!
The individuals who I worked with were Kyle ?, Taylor Richardson and Walt White. Their emails now come back with Phishing warnings, and the web site they directed me to as theirs..... is Fake. In addition, all of the (so called) contract information that was sent to me is no longer available on the emails. (Shame on me for not doing my research!!)
I lived in California and was making a move to Scottsdale, Arizona. Excalibur (associates) sent out a small rented Budget truck (for a 1700 sq ft home) and three laborers, who could not speak English. These three men had no ID's, legit moving paperwork, or any type of credentials to show me that they were professional movers. The Bill of Lading was grossly incorrect, and had been doctored. The driver attempted to change the move from weight to cubic feet and demanded cash up front, he then insisted that he and his two "helpers" needed to inspect the items to be moved. It was quite clear that they were "casing the joint" so I asked them to stop and please remain outside/in the garage. At this point, I had absolutely no doubt that my belongings were heading to Mexico. (The border was only 2 hours away). When I refused to allow them to load up my items onto the Budget truck the driver quickly called Excalibur and attempted to "renegotiate" the move for an additional $2000.00??? When I again refused to allow them to move my items they proceeded to harass, bully, insult, raise their voices, and threaten me. I immediately demanded they leave or I would call the police.
I have been working with CostCo Citibank Visa for over three months to get back over $2200.00 in deposits made to Excalibur. This has been nothing short of time consuming, endless frustration, and pure nonsense. My Costco Citi Visa had to be cancelled and a new card issued because several fraudulent charges (Discount Tire, Hair cuts) showed up after Excalibur obtained my card number. (In all honesty, I cannot recommend the CostCo Citi card either as they have been extremely slow, negligent, and unprofessional in handling this matter).
I have filed a complaint report with the Department of Transportation and the FTC, and will continue to pursue all legal remedies available to me. The most disturbing part of this incident is that my private information was shared with several, very shady individuals, some who then came into my (previous) home and also know my current place of residence. I stopped sleeping in my previous home (fear of being broken into by Excalibur associates) until the move was completed by another moving company. At this point, I've decided to head to court.

These people are liars

These people are liars, thieves and thugs! Do not use them! you'll never recover your household! I speak with experience. His company and their employees did this with malice and intent and should all be jailed from Joe to Caitlin and Nicole They tell you they have trucks in your neighborhood. I have Emails to prove it.a They collect your belongings pillage them take anything of value and return you with trash. Do yourself a favor donate to Goodwill and have a better chance of getting it back. I will pursue them to the day I die for their complete disregard for people and their belongings. They are evil lying manipulative scammers. Karma's coming for Them. So mote it be.

WON'T REFUND

If i could do 0 stars I would. I called the company July 13th to get a refund. I was told that the refund would take 21 days to get and that it would come to me as a check. I have called them multiple times about the refund after the 21 day period was done. I was told many different times that the refund would be sent out on Friday (08/17/18, 08/24/18 and 08/31/18). By September 20th the company quit taking my phone calls. It is now October 29th and the only way i can get a hold of them is by using other people's phones. I now call every other week. Once i tell them my name I am put on hold and I usually hang up after 40 minutes. At this point i do not think i will ever get a refund back and that this company IS A SCAM! PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I had called and requested a quote from Excalibur Moving Group (referred to as "EMG" from here on). Once finished talking about the quote the salesman requested a down payment to secure the moving date. I complied and paid a $500 down payment. The conversation ended and I hung up. I then proceeded to see their online reviews and saw their online presence was atrocious and immediately called back in order to obtain a refund. During the phone call I spoke with a supervisor and after going back and forth, being told a "guarantee" of a full refund if I am dissatisfied with the move, being told he is saying this on a "recorded phone call" that I was unaware was being recorded, he finally agreed to give my money back according to the contract. I waited a week and called as I had yet to see a refund enter my bank account. They claimed there is a 21 day waiting period. I then called again after 21 days to be told it is actually 21 business days, and will be in my account that day or the next. I still have yet to receive my refund and they will now avoid my phone calls. This business is a scam and YOU SHOULD NOT pay any down payment with this company. I have not been issued a refund, nor have I been serviced in my move by EMG.

DO NOT USE! FRAUD!

This company regularly misrepresents itself as a mover when they are a broker, this means they sub contract out to random companies which impacts quality control. Most of my items arrived damaged, Many never arrived. They deliberately underbid then regularly hold you items hostage for double the fee agreed upon. I reported them to 3 attorney generals and the FMCSA.

DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDULENT PUSHERS! My mother gave a down payment to this company and they were supposed to show up today “late morning to early afternoon.” After 10:00PM I started to think to myself that something was fishy. One quick google search brought me to countless reviews stating that this company is indeed fraudulent & many people have lost all of their possessions to this company. At 11:30PM my mom got a call from one of these snake oil movers saying they will be at our house in 10 minutes! I told my mom to cancel the payment and once the two men arrived IN A BUDGET TRUCK (NOT A TRUCK OF THEIR OWN WITH THEIR COMPANY LOGO LIKE THE WEBSITE SHOWS) I told the driver “Thank you so much for being over 12 hours late, because if you hadn’t been then I wouldn’t have found all of the fraudulent claims in reviews and your BBB score of an F.” Then the driver sat there and said nothing while he had a nervous/awkward squinty smile on his face completely showing his cowardess. I told him “so we won’t be needing your service” and as soon as I said that both men rolled their windows up and they took off. I realize we should have did more research before committing to the down payment. Plus all of the 5 star reviews on this page are made by them to level out their average

Excalibur is a moving broker that will take your money and sell to the lowest quality moving companies around. We booked a move from Florida to Texas and had a horrible experience. It took over a month for our things to get here, we were never given any kind of ETA or updates, charged extra than what was quoted despite before as accurate as possible, and to top it off we're missing multiple boxes and the movers dont care and will not compensate us for losing our stuff. You are better off renting a uhaul and doing it yourself.

I can’t find one positive thing to say...

I can’t find one positive thing to say about this company. The people in the office Maria, Steven and Nicole were easily the rudest people I have ever communicated with. There was a complete lack of professionalism.

An abbreviated story of my move:

I booked my move with Excalibur Moving Group back in January. My move was from Indianapolis to Fort Rucker, Alabama so I could join my husband who is an army pilot. The move was scheduled for May 15th. However on May 14th they tried to call me and say that they were going to have to pick up my items on either the 16th or 17th, which would break the terms of our contract. I called angrily and received confirmation that they would in fact arrive on May 15th. The movers showed up two hours late and informed me that I would be charged $75 per person per hour due to my apartment “being far from the elevator.” I had to hold items while they taped things and pick up all their trash, which is not my job.

I was asked when I wanted my items delivered and I said May 18th. He said that sounded doable since it wasn’t that far of a drive. However, after my items were taken that is when everything went terribly. I did not receive my items until June 11th!! Almost a month after the fact. I was never given an answer as to where my items were kept. I had four failed deliveries, which is ridiculous because I work and my husband is an active duty pilot so he can’t just take off work. Due to the failed deliveries I lost time at work!!

The movers showed up at 9:30 at night, which I believe is so that people can’t see their items and it’s late so you don’t monitor them as you otherwise would. I 100% believe that Spirit (company who did my move) employs illegal workers. One of the workers did not have identification. Regardless, as soon as they opened up the truck door my kitchen table came flying out and shattered. My brand new chair and couch were ripped, I had missing items, broken items, etc. Oh and I was charged an additional $480 something because my weight went up, but failed to ever receive a weight ticket. So I am sure that was a complete lie, but they said they wouldn’t deliver if I didn’t pay.

The customer service was terrible for both Excalibur and Spirit!!! The owner of Spirit, Eli, is a misogynist and extremely rude not to mention completely clueless and worthless when it comes to what is going on with his company. The Director of Operations for Excalibur, Steven Ericsson, alerted me that my move “took years off of his life!” Well imagine how I feel. I easily spent 25 hours on the phone with these people if not more trying to get an answer as to when my items would get delivered. We finally received a reimbursement check that bounced. It bounced for $100. How does a National Moving company bounce a $100 Check??

Now I am in the claims portion of my move and filed my claim over a month ago and have yet to hear anything about compensation. This moving experience was absolutely horrible. They treat military families terrible so I can only imagine how they treat other families. No one ever needs to deal with this and I strongly urge that this company be shut down. They are predatory and have wronged so many.

DO NOT USE Excalibur Moving Group from Florida!

DO NOT USE this company! They are a moving broker! They will give you the greatest sales pitch EVER and will try to debunk all the bad ratings with what seems like valid explanations, but at the end of the "day", they do not honor their contracts and they hire very shady movers. Under FMCSA Brokers for interstate moves are required to use only movers that are registered with FMCSA. The movers that moved our son, where far from registered with FMCSA, including using "not for hire" trailers and rental trucks. We have reported/filed complaints thus far with FMCSA and the Better Business Bureau. We have also submitted a complaint with our credit card company for reimbursement, which is only a small portion of the cost(s), including ALOT of damage to household goods. Stay away from this company!

This is a moving BROKER not a moving…

This is a moving BROKER not a moving company. Do NOT hire them if you value your belongings, time, or money. Hiring this moving BROKER was one of the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCES OF OUR ENTIRE LIVES! Complete RIPOFF. Scroll to the bottom and read the 99 1 star reviews HIDDEN by them.

Excalibur Moving Group prostituted our move to the lowest bidder, in our unlucky case, the absolute worst company called HQ Movers. Excalibur changed subcontractors multiple times, calling us to say, "If xxxx calls you, tell them they aren't doing your move anymore." The subcontractors that Excalibur Moving Group chose showed up unprepared, with inadequate packing materials, and scratched, chipped, broke, and LOST our belongings, that they kept for FOUR WEEKS.

They didn't have enough packing boxes. We had a dozen IKEA toy storage boxes that are perfect for storing toys but not sturdy beyond that. They used our own storage bins AS MOVING BOXES, destroying them in the process. They wrapped them in moving tape, which took hours to unwrap while we were unpacking. They did not wrap our mattresses, and ripped the cover on our expensive Purple mattress, ripped our box springs, and got our son's mattress all dirty. They did not wrap our pictures frames or artwork, scratching and chipping many of our frames. They did NOT wrap two, expensive, large, oversized mirrors (despite lying to us that they would wrap them once they got more packing materials). They did not have any packing materials to wrap our television or lamps (on the inventory list) and we had to move the TV ourselves in our vehicle (with several other items they were unable to properly pack). They chipped our four poster bed frame, wrapped our belongings in our own nice towels, getting them dirty and covered in tape.

They showed up with some Budget truck they had rented, with someone else's belongings in it. At the end of the move, they said we had used DOUBLE the cubic feet, trying to increase us from 1600 cubic ft to 3200 cubic ft We had just moved 10 months prior so we knew that was a lie. The lead told us the Budget truck was 2000 cubic ft, that the other person's stuff took up around 400 ft, and we filled it up about twice, so we had 3200 cubic ft. We called Budget and they assured us they did not have a single truck in their fleet that was 2000 cubic feet, but rather 1698 cubic feet. So, the lead lowered the number to 2800 cubic feet, arguing that although Budget says their truck is only 1698 cubic feet, that DEFYING THE LAWS OF VOLUME, that he and his guys can fit more belongings into the space, because they are tetris ninjas. We ended up talking them down to 2500 cubic ft and they charged us an extra 2k, bringing the total to $9,500. When our delivery driver showed up he said we actually took up 2000 cubic feet, and that the move was so shoddy he did not want to be liable for damages.

The man hired to pack my kitchen was basically hired behind the local 7-Eleven. He rank of cigarette smoke and swore in front of our children while packing. He spent so much of the day taking breaks to smoke or eat pizza that he actually got fired at midday, but unfortunately not before he made a mess of my kitchen. He luckily wrapped about 75% of my everyday dishes, but the remainder he tossed in boxes without packing materials, including glass canning jars. He did not wrap my expensive Kitchen Aid, breaking the on switch. Heavy pots would be thrown in the same box as my Instant Pot or Kitchen Aid, none of which were wrapped. He tossed my expensive flatware in a large box, without wrapping it or banding it together, so of course it all fell out and mixed in a jumbled mess with cookbooks, scissors, and spices, bending and damaging my cookbooks, breaking my flatware bin, and scratching my wedding flatware. Pots were not wrapped, and in fact the subcontractor that Excalibur chose LOST four of my Calphalon skillets, my Calphalon wok, and 3 oversized and very nice Pottery Barn large serving bowls, in addition to smaller items and other small gadgets. These belongings were several hundred dollars. They lost a garage box with several expensive tools. Our belongings were stored in a storage unit with the subcontractor, which unfortunately increased their allowed transport time from 3 days to THIRTY days. They ended up keeping our belongings for four weeks, about 2.5 weeks longer than expected. A MOUSE got into our boxes and chewed up our children's cups. They lied to us dozens of times, telling us our truck was LOADED when it WASN'T. They flew a driver out to transport our truck and he forgot his drivers license and was incapable of renting a truck. We contacted Excalibur and they were polite but said it was out of their hands because it was "within the window".

My wedding dress was stuffed in the bottom of a box covered in children's toys. The only thing the subcontractor did okay was wrapping most furniture. They still ran out of materials for that and did not finish.

Never experianced anything like it

Super nice at first, one they booked my move with a 3rd party they were non-existent and not helpful. They told me one price, the 3rd party mover they booked changed me double and made up prices as they went. Than my things got stolen from my movers, I left a review on Yelp. Someone reached out to me had me sign a contract where I agreed to change my review in exchange for a deposit refund. It took a month for them to send the check and then the check they sent bounced. Now I can not get ahold of anyone again. I am writing a review to the BBB and warning anyone and everyone, please do not use this company.

Zero trust

We had a tight moving window.They failed to get a moving company to arrive on time. We received conflicting information from different phone representatives. Trying to get a refund has already taken over two weeks. Don't waste your money.

Im gonna start my review from

Day 1: we still waiting for the movers that supposed to be in our home from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and it's 6 pm and they didn't show up yet.

Day 2: trust the yelp reviews because they are not lies my husband didn't do it, and I tell him about the reputation of scammers of this company. We are still waiting at least for a call from the "movers" that supposed to arrived yesterday. We already have to take a flight how cool is that.

Day 3: they arrived with a rush, the price increase for a 500 more than the estimate. And the estimate that they send you through email magically disappeared, so you can have your own conclusions.

Day 4: they suppose to be on their way to Texas.

Day5: nothing yet no news from them still early, so we will wait...

Day 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,17,18,19,20,21

Today 21 day: I will like to know where my staff are because no signs of them, and they didn't know. So at this point many things going to happen, start form calling the police, and hire a lawyer a good one to dealt with these scammer and fake company.
I'm pretty sure all the reviews are paying or the same employees just post them.

I will keep updating the review until this nightmare ends. If ends some day.

There is no 0 stars or negative so I will start by that but trust me, they do not deserve that either !!!!!
I will just give the facts! you make up your mind. I do not work for the competition and it is true that I called and yelled and screamed like a crazy person to no avail.
The contract was for a move to happen either on June 2nd or June 3rd 2018.
The dispatch call came on Friday June 1st as promised. The dispatcher indicated that they scheduled us in to pick up from Maryland on Saturday between the hours of 4-8 pm and move us to NJ . But , she said, if they don't make it on time then they would show up on Sunday June 3rd. I could not live with that because I had to make plans for others involved in the move. So we agreed to make it for Sunday June 3rd, definitely. Scheduled to have pick up o June 3, 2018 anytime from 12-4 pm with 1 hour call ahead of arrival. No show, no call. I tried calling several times, no answer. Left message with customer service and two messages with the salesperson. In the meantime it is a big mess because new tenants arrived, we are not out and we know nothing.
Monday morning June 4th, I need to get ready to go to work and my husband leaves at 4 am to make it to new job in NJ. You would think that someone would call to see what happened!!!! No sign of life until 11am when I started making calls and them blaming me and threatening that if I don't settle down I will lose my deposit and they could move me that afternoon or lose my deposit!!!!!! I can not be there to open the door for them, I have a job. They did'n not full fill contract and they want to tell me that it is my fault that I cannot accommodate their schedule 24 hours later? Competitors tried to warn me but I honestly thought it was because they wanted my business!!!!
There was no negative number in ratings. I will not express any other opinions, just stating the facts. All a customer has to do is read and make up their minds themselves. By the way, the company has not reached out to me just yet as of June 4, 2018 as of the writing of this review after 1pm!!!

WARNING DO NOT USE EXCALIBUR!

WARNING! DO NOT USE EXCALIBUR MOVING GROUP LLC UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! First, realize THEY ARE A BROKER AND DO NOT DO THE MOVING. THEY ARE A LEAD GENERATING COMPANY; THEY TAKE THEIR PROFIT AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. The company they hired, GTS Movers/NW Relocation Services based in Portland, Oregon, stole items and goods upon packing, Misinformation, and misleading information. They stole a camera that I was not aware of. It literally seemed these guys have hired straight off the street for cash. Damage to origin home, was not informed of rights, was 'hustled' into accepting an insurance that covers .60 cents per pound, which was NOT explained to me, was told that it covers up to $10,000 in damages. Not clear who was picking up and dropping off, would not give names of moving companies involved.

They took my deposit, then had ANOTHER moving company come and pick up goods, that they were not responsible for, according to the Excalibur representative, when we first started encountering problems. There was NO communication to us about another moving company, or how to deal with them if there was an issue.

Our stuff arrived in the back of a semi, literally in a big pile, with ZERO organization. Seriously, when we saw this, we were horrified and dumbfounded. Any child that has played Minecraft could do 110% better. Bikes on top of tables, on top of pictures. Over 1/3 of our items had damage, with about ¼ major damage. The insurance that they give you, that sounds like a lot ($10,000) seemed reasonable to me, even if EVERYTHING got damaged, but what are the chances of that? I’LL TELL YOU THE CHANCES… They pay .60 cents, per pound of damage or missing items. So my $1,500 Canon camera that they stole? it weights about 4 pounds, and I get $2.40 cents for that item being missing. THIS IS ROBBERY AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES AT IT’S FINEST.

Upon delivery, we noticed right off the bat some items/boxes were missing. We call the driver 4 times with no return of phone call. We call all parties involved, GTS Shipping/NorthWest Relocation Services from Portland, and well as Excalibur Moving Group LLC, with a patronizing, yes we will look for it, with NO FOLLOW UP to call us back EVER. This was ESPECIALLY BAD FROM EXCALIBUR, with total disregard for us after we have paid.

There is damage to our new apartments floors, they UP CHARGED us because a 53’ foot semi could not get to the door, they charged us for packing materials twice, and when I caught this, they said since I’ve already paid, they cannot do anything about it.

We paid extra for them to pack our art, as professionals you would think they would know how. THEY HIRE UNEXPERIENCED movers and pay them on the spot, so of course, they packed our art wrong, and 2 pieces are beyond repair and damaged, and insurance, you guessed it, .60 per pound of damage. So we get around $5.00 for the un-reparable art.

ALSO as a side note, not that this is a big deal in the scheme of things, but this should have been maybe a red flag now thinking back in this, the trucks that came to pick up our belongings, where old, from another moving company, with spray paint attempting to cover the old logos, truck was heavily damaged, but really didn’t think much of it, then again, when it was delivered, it was in a 53’ semi that was an old Belkin mover trailer, again in poor condition, and spray paint attempting to modify the Belkin logo. Again no a big deal, but should have been a red flag.

MY ADVICE TO YOU. FIRST DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY. SECOND, I was to do all this again, I would DEMAND an in-person estimate, where a representative from the company comes to look at our stuff, I WOULD DEMAND to see the truck being weighed, as they charge around .50 cents a pound, and they failed to produce a weigh slip for us.

They also HIDE so much paperwork from you, with small print that will screw you in the end. They flood you with a stack of it, and rush rush rush you to complete and there are items like the fact that if you cant get a 53’ foot semi truck into your place, they will charge you extra, so make sure that is something you know in advance. There was SO MUCH hidden things that were not explained to us at all, by EXCALIBUR MOVING GROUP LLC or GTS Shipping.

At this point, we are getting our attorney involved.

Check reviews online, BBB, Yelp, Google Etc. all have HORROR STORIES of this company. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, PROTECT YOURSELF and YOU FAMILY from BAD MOVERS LIKE THIS. Also, help protect others by giving these people bad reviews. Its companies like this that give the whole industry a black eye and the resulting horror stories. There are SO MANY BAD STORIES about this company; I’m shocked we didn’t have the foresight to look into them.

PREDATORY Moving companies like this should be PUT OUT OF EXISTENCE. If you check how long they have been in business, its less than 1 year. Which tells me, they make new businesses each time one gets bogged down with too many complaints and bad reviews. Make sure to check trusted places like NCCDB - National Consumer Complaint Database and other trusted sources. Even if I save ONE person from using this company, all these reviews will be worth it.

Update*** the ridiculousness continues

Update*** the ridiculousness continues.
First, my review on Yelp and the other sites got more attention from this company than phone calls. I'm sure that was just a coincidence.
Second, I was told that my business would not break the company by the "customer service" rep. Very professional.
Third, I allegedly spoke to the owner of this "business" who wanted to make things right (ie, I want you to take down your review...it kept coming up and was clearly the main focus).
Forth, I was promised a refund and even sent a transaction statement for $700+ (also part of the attempt to have me retract or remove my review). Guess what...that's right! Nope. Never went through and my credit card doesn't show a pending refund almost a week after the fact. I will now dispute the original charge on my credit card and use the bogus receipt as proof that I was overcharged and defrauded. I'm off for the next month...so I'm going to research other ways to be irritating.
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration here I come. Binding estimate...10%. Sound familiar?
How they keep their 3 whatever stars is beyond me. Movers were nice...and again it was obvious they are used to dealing with irritated people.
This company was only recently formed. Formerly named Coast to Coast which had terrible reviews which undoubtedly prompted the September 2017 formation. The registered addresses are in FL and NY...which explains all the bogus 5 star reviews from those areas.

Look at the reviews from the 5 stars...they all contain multiple moving companies claiming they are all the best.

On 02/24/18 I paid $704 deposit for moving my items from Lewisville,TX to Charlotte,NC.Estimate of $1944 was given to me by Sergio and Jason Cardone for my move and was Binding Not To Exceed Price and was told it will be shipped in Excalibur Moving Truck.I was promised my motorcycle worth $6000 will be shipped in a Wooden Crate with full insurance protection on my bike will be covered by Excalibur Moving Group,for which I asked for an email he insisted me to pay the deposit first and he will send me email but I never received any email,suspecting something fishy I asked them to cancel the deal and refund my deposit amount of $704 they denied to refund me the amount also I was never told they will outsource my move to Platinum Van Lines a fraudulent movers they picked up my items in a budget rental truck on 03/01/18 and after few hours they told my items over weigh by 870 lbs and demanded me to pay additional amount of $382.In spite of calling them repeatedly I never got a status on my delivery.I insisted that I need to talk to either Jason or Sergio as those were the guys who took deposit amount from me I was told Jason is not available to talk and Sergio passed away I couldn't reach out to any of those folks after n number of attempts,on 03/25/18 my items were delivered again in Budget Rental Truck I requested the movers to show me all my items before paying the final amount I was told they won't offload my items unless I pay them,left with no choice I paid them in FULL.After they offloaded my items tears rolled out of my eyes,my 50" Panasonic Viera Television was missing am for sure it was stolen,motorcycle was completely damaged as it was dumped into the truck along with other items motorcycle was not Wooden Crated or covered as it was promised to me,for that matter each and every items were damaged.I tried reaching out to Excalibur ended up talking to a rude customer representatives Nicole, Kaitlyn and Steven who didn't even listen to my complaint just made a vague statement they will inform the outsourced movers Platinum Van Lines about my missing Television, when asked about the damage caused to my motorcycle they said I need to claim the damage under my insurance which was not they committed to me,I asked them why I should I claim under my insurance because its damaged by them as they didn't Wooden Crate my bike which was assured to me, then they hung up on me after that now am not able to reach them at all my call is going in voice mail as they blocked my and my wife's number.
