Organised a Bubble Mayhem party for my son 13th birthday.
From start to finish the team we're fantastic. From taking the booking to giving contact details 48 hours before.
Our co-ordinator William was brilliant. He kept myself informed on the day of time and pitch number and was great with the kids. Within an hour or 2 the feedback from my sons friends parents on how their kids enjoyed it is fantastic. I cant thank the team and William enough for making today fun and memorable for my sons birthday

Matt was great, even before the event keeping in touch, confirming everything which made me feel comfortable. On the day Matt was early and had everything sorted and set up before I arrived which was so reassuring. Friendly and helpful from the get go and the children had an amazing time. He engaged them all and made my son’s party go so smoothly. I was super impressed and would recommend Matt. Thanks Matt!

Really fun Nerf party! Well organised and the kids enjoyed it

Great staff, on time, with all the equipment, they went above and beyond for our party and stayed overtime to ensure it was all packed away and our slot was used for the party not the setting up and putting away.

I booked a nerf gun party for my son and was really disappointed. The party host did not arrive (through no fault of her own) and the lack of customer care was appalling. I was not offered any help on the day (when I had an excited group of 20 children waiting for a nerf gun party) and I received no offer of compensation or apology for the huge inconvenience of it all. I even had to chase up getting my deposit refund processed. A complete shambles. I would not recommend.

We were in Brighton for my brothers stag do and we booked shock football as one of our events with Excel. We had a great time, our session leader, Liam, was excellent, highly engaged and went to great lengths to make sure we all had a great time. I would highly recommend Excel Activity Group, and in particularly Liam, for shock football in Brighton!

I feel obliged to share this review to warn other parents before booking via them: appalling attitude towards customer. Despite multiple queries before my son’s party including calling the office,they were reluctant to spend time explaining how the activities will actually take place (what type of games). Furthermore there was no point of communication they clarified by “dividing kids into groups” they actually meant half of them would sit and watch. On the day of the party, I was shocked to be informed they only had half of the equipments needed for total number of kids. When trying to call the office for a solution, instead of the basic trying to resolve attitude, I ended up getting shouted at by their very rude office manager.

Pls avoid. I find their attitude truly disrespectful towards customers.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Excel Activity Group who helped arrange an action packed, fun filled day for my best mates stag do after our trip was cancelled due to the Pandemic.

The team went over and above to find an outdoor venue that would allow 20 lads to give the groom a send off he deserved and that we will never forget.

Great communication from start to finish. Everyone had a great time and the event was very well organised, will definitely be booking again next time. Thanks for making our event extra special ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
