Reliable but could be better

They have a really good perks program, which is cool and awesome. I wish they offered free phones ad well and not just service and their custer dervice is amazing!

Great company all around

Great cell service, really decent phone. Really good service, especially with it being free with us having to survive on benefits, so the struggle is hard but having this company provide free phone and service, and even rewards and giveaways to all of us is something special.

So far, so good.

I’m happy with my service as of now. The only issue I’m having is not being able to use my hotspot. Not sure what that is all about, but I guess I’ll figure it out.

I would give Excess Telecom zero stars…

I would give Excess Telecom zero stars if I could. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They disconnected my phone service without any notice and have refused to help me get it restored. Every time I reach out, I’m met with lies and excuses, and they constantly shift the blame to another company instead of taking responsibility. It’s clear they have no interest in actually assisting their customers. If you’re considering using Excess Telecom, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company is unreliable and dishonest.

My service is and always has been…

My service is and always has been terrible it takes me forever to get online not to mention if I download something that's just pitiful no matter how much service I have the data is just terrible it's almost impossible for me to get anything done online. Not to mention I have to pay $30 a month and I have no income whatsoever my phone service isn't free even though it sucks. This has been going on the entire time I've had my phone which is about 3 years it's horrible.
