The only issue I have is the cost for a…

The only issue I have is the cost for a replacement phone. I elected this service because it's at a much discounted rate due to present financial hardships. Common Sense would say if I'm unable to afford the average cost of cell service every month, then more than likely I'm also unable to pay out of pocket for a replacement.

"FREE WI-FI!!!!" "THATS WHATS IMPORTANT!!!"

I love the fact that you guys are a free company that offers free telephone services the one thing I do not like is the fact that you internet is not unlimited I go through the a little bit of amount of gigabytes are whatever it is you give me within like 1 day or 2 and so I then have to go hunt for Free Wi-Fi and that's kind of crappy when you have to do that.

Exciting and affordable

I really enjoy the services you provide and most of all, I enjoy that it's free. I have had no problem with the service and will continue the service with Excess Telecom throughout the year and the coming year (2025) . Have a very Merry Christmas and an even better New Year.

Great Service and best of all its…

Great Service and best of all its Free!!! This is a absolute great company and they have so many options when it comes to what type of phone or cell service that you maybe interested in, everyone has always been super friendly to me anytime I needed to ask a question, or get a lil help. I will def stay with Excess Telecom for many more yrs to come!!! Excess, heres to the end of 2024, and the new beginning of another fantastic yr in 2025!!! Hope everyone has a Wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!
