I informed your company that I was still in contract with my existing supplier until December 2021 , however without my consent
Exchange Utility tried to move me from my current supplier over to a new provider knowing full well that I was still in contract until the end of the year .
I will not use these brokers in the future based
On this experience.

I found Hilary Caplan very helpful from her initial phone call, when she discovered a problem with my existing supplier and immediately phoned me to advise, until I arranged a new supplier with her.
She did NOT plague me with phone calls but offered me her expertise advice and gave me time to choose.
I will definately use Exchange Utility in the future because of Hilary's professional and friendly approach.
