Terrible service, requested to be paid on a Thursday, no notification there was a £10 charge to get paid earlier. Then proceeded to tell me how it’s my fault and could only apologise!

Hi there, as you know our agency client informed us that you had been overpaid by 4 hours. We have spoken to the agency this morning and they have agreed that you can keep the extra funds so we will no longer be chasing you for the return of the overpayment. Rgds Exchequer

What an absolute incompetent and…

What an absolute incompetent and ignorant umbrella company . Breaching pension regulations , and a customer service team that fail to deal with your queries. They undertake tasks without your consent, disclose information to third parties without consent and fail to notify change to payments in advance .I have been a contractor for some time now and had to sack them due to their incompetent behaviour. A colleague overpaid tax by hundreds of pounds last tax year There is no wonder they get poor reviews. Avoid like COVID .

Avoid at all costs

Exchequer solutions saw fit, to deduct public liability insurance, which is not needed on a secure building site. I was told by a manager ? That I had to pay for public liability insurance, and they me refused me a refund.
I'd gone to the trouble of sending exchequer solutions a screen shot, of what is the law, in regards to not needing PLI, but they ignored my protests

This umbrella agency is just not to be trusted with your wages and you pay them to sort your wages out....they will not pay you holiday pay when it is law..then take 2 national insurance payments 1 employer 2 employee this is just fraud and they are getting away with it. I am going to to get in touch with my MP about this. My advice do not what sign up up to this agency.

Don’t let this company deal with your tax return. They will not contact u if your tax return was not high enough to them to get a dicent return.

But they will refuse to revoke your application, this was they will be the on to collect your money from tax office. Avoid them like they was the plague.
