I have used this programme for my professional work with sorting out the very broad breadth of my image collections and the simplicity and effectiveness of the system to assist in building an effective catalogue and image descriptions is phenomenal and saves me so many hours and precious time in general it is a very effective investment!

The support is fantastic and extremely responsive and even if it is small it means nothing as the team have so much pride in what they have produced and kept up to date with really great customer service of which they really listen to everything.

A huge thank you to everyone at excite for producing a high quality and effective solution to help with everyday image management.

I highly recommend this product and service.

I was not sure if the software would do what I needed it to. I have thousands of videos and need to find either specific people or a set of animals. So far all I tried either ended up being massively large in terms of duplicated files and such, unreliable to actually go through my database or did not create thumbnails that were easily and quickly viewed for video files. Excire really works!

Great Customer Service and fantastic product!

The customer support I received was quick and very helpful. My issue started with a problem with installation (solved) and a problem with an issue that needed a workaround (which worked), and then some good advice (which I'm glad I took).

The support team was very responsive and also patient with answering my multiple questions.

I also want to mention that this software is a game changer an so much better than what I used to have.

I had taken photos several years ago as a voluntary photographer for a boat show in Naples, Fl. After sending some of the best ones to the producer, I had thought that my 'job' was complete and subsequently deleted those files.
However, a few days ago, I received a request from a local magazine for permission to use several of them and possibly others that I had shot, but to my dismay, I had recently cleaned out several of my external hard drives and deleted the original files I had taken of the show.
I didn't know if those files were still in Excire, but I tried it and I was able to take screen shots of the images and send them to her. Upscaling wasn't even needed, the screen shots were so clear.
As it turns out, by using Excire Foto I was able to retrieve useful images that I thought I had "lost."

They have a system to put you off, but they don't have a system to find the problem. I have been trying for over 3 weeks and I am pretty much nowhere. I paid for my updated software, installed it, followed everything I could find online and Excire's response was "you must have a very special system...". I do not.

Excire's search tools and customer service are top-notch. I've been able to find images fast and find some I forgot even existed. They've responded to all emails I have within a few hours, which is unheard of nowadays. Great product and support!

Long time user of Lightroom Classic, I've always been on the look out for the best plugin with ai search capabilities. I believe I've tried them all. Excire was the first, and continues to be by far my favorite. I have no doubt this greatly anticipated major new update is sure to be magical. Well done Excire

The support is very good. They react timely (within a day) and where always helping me out.

The software is pretty well done. I could import my old keywords and The ki seachr is working well as well. Only point where they could improve is the facerecognition for small kids. The kids seem to be all the same for it :)

The Excire app is what I have been looking for. It has just the features needed to organize the photos, no more and no less. That makes it extremely easy to understand and work with - and very effective.
If more is needed, it is easy to add on apps to edit the photos.

I don’t have many photos, but I travel a lot and I like to have some nice memories, and when I tried Excire, I found it to be an incredibly smart tool for both photographers and anyone who wants to keep their photo collections organised.

A truly excellent and innovative product that has saved me a lot of time and effort. It's become part of my regular workflow. The features I used most are the search technology and the helpful set of features around culling client shoots faster.

I have been using Excire for about 9 months now and absolutely love it. The ability to add keywords with Ai that gets me more info on my images has been a real game changer. I am now able to find images that I did not know I had with a simple search. If I remember to then write the info to the .xmp file I then also have SEO ready images to use in any Raw processing program that I use. I use DxO's PhotoLab and it works seamlessly with Excire picking up the keywords that are in the .xmp file that Excire has made making my life so much easier. My image preparation for export is faster as I am not sitting for hours adding keywords to the 100's of images that I make a month.
I would highly recommend the software to any photographer who cares about finding and selecting images and who wants all their images keyworded. I would also say that I run the database off an external HardDrive and it works fine this way. The database file size is not too big considering that I have over 260,000 images in my picture library.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Takes unorganised files and lets you find them effortlessly by using either metadata or machine learning analysis of the photo contents (or a mix of both)

I didn’t expect it to make such a difference, but trying Excire completely changed the way I manage my photos.

One thing that used to drive me crazy was the number of duplicate images piling up, same photo, slightly different edits, or just saved in multiple places. It made finding the right version exhausting and honestly slowed down my whole workflow.

Excire’s duplicate detection quietly solved all of that. It found everything, even images that weren’t exact copies but were similar enough to clutter my folders. No drama, no complicated steps. Just clean results.

Now my library actually feels manageable. I’m not second-guessing every file or wasting time opening three versions of the same shot. I didn’t realise how much energy I was spending on this until it wasn’t a problem anymore.

If you work with a lot of images, this is one of those things you don’t know you need until you try it.

This was the last time I spent money on a ai extension. thats Bullshit. You can't work with your own tagging system.

It is a shame the Lightroom - after all its years - does not provide what EXCIRE does.
That said, it should be avoided unless one has lots and lots of patience with its ambiguously vague terminology and lack of adequate support! This becomes particularly disasterous when one has become dependent on the substantial advantages its database/search/indexing capabilities Excire can ad to anybody with a medium/large Lightroom catalogue.
When the product was first presented all this could be seen as beginners bad luck, but after a number of years its simply bad for business.
