Terrible, worst decision I made was using them.

Terrible. ZERO ways of contacting them as their customer support and sales email addresses don't work, you just get a message failure notification.
Their website messaging system that states they will get back to you within 24hrs is the same, 6 messages over 6 days, not a single reply.
Tried contacting the 'seller' through PayPal, still no reply.
6 days after placing order for glasses, status on their website is still 'processing'.
My advice is don't touch exclusiveeyes with a 50ft barge pole. I'm residing to the fact I won't see my glasses or my money again.
Lured in by the prospect of cheap glasses.

DIABOLICAL

I ordered a pair of prescribed glasses, firstly they promptly take money out of the account. They then contact me to inform me that they required another 15 pounds as it was complexed, I refused this and asked them to proceed with the original order. Then weeks later one of the arms comes of the lenses. Eventually send the pair back. four weeks later I receive another pair, this time on receipt I find the left lens cracked. I again send them back requesting for a full refund. Few weeks later after numerous emails they inform me that this has been passed to the accounts department for refund. !!!OK that's good!!! Oh no its not two weeks later no refund, again emailed them. I then get an email to say that only 50% will be refunded as per policy. Excuse me? Another email sent requesting there is no defence as product faulty and service was unacceptable, still no refund and am sure there is more disappointment to follow. Oh and lets not forget there is no number for direct contact?

Nightmare... RUN away, DO NOT even think about it... save your money!

What a complete nightmare this company are. Two incorrect orders - oh no, let me highlight that some more; I ordered the right lenses, they have been incapable of fitting the right prescription TWICE! They have no telephone number and they WILL NOT call you, no matter how much they need to rectify the issue! They just keep letting it stew until you reach the point of dispair - Trading Standards is the route i am now following. I am £150 out of pocket, tired from sending a tonne of emails (to which I have received ONLY 2 from them!!!). I set up a day and time for 'Customer Services' to call me, to which they were 4 hours late! There has never been an apology for the lack of communication, support, help, awful service, incorrect prescriptions TWICE. When the call eventually came in the guy from exclusive eyes did NOT introduce himself, nor his role in the business. After a 15 minute conversation I found out he was the...... MANAGER! UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!) ... He was rude, obnoxious, evasive and incapable to diluting a 'Resolve' let alone trying to resolve a problem at their end.
DISGUSTING!

Gave me the wrong prescription, refused a refund

These people used to be EyeExperts.co.uk

They supplied me with unusable glasses which I took to a regular opticians to be tested and they were nowhere near the prescription I ordered. They argued all the way and rarely responded to email. When I returned the glasses for a refund they claimed never to have received them.

Avoid.

Still waiting for a refund

Ordered a pair of spectacles on their website. Paid, received confirmation e-mail. Then receive an e-mail from them stating that they needed another £20. I replied immediately telling that i wanted to cancel the order. They refused, several e-mails later they finally confirmed that the order had been cancelled and that a refund would be made. 6 weeks later still no refund so I have had to got my card issuer in order to make this into a dispute. These people are not to be trusted and be careful they have other websites too under different domain names.

Rogue Eye Traders

The glasses I ordered from this website arrived with one cracked lens. It was clear that the crack occurred during construction and not during transit, therefore the glasses were knowingly sent to me with a broken lens. It was impossible to contact the company by phone as they exhibit no phone number on the website. After returning the glasses for a refund it was only after many emails and letters quoting my statutory rights and the Sale of Goods Act that I eventually got a refund, although the company still refused to refund full postage costs. I strongly advise people to avoid this online site and PerfectGlasses.com (possibly owned by the same parent company). A fuller review can be read on Dooyoo and Ciao.

Rubbish

Promised glasses had been shipped - never arrived so I emailed and they said they would chase the post office. No reply since then even after repeated emails. Cancelled Order but still no reply.

They are awful - do not touch with a barge pole.
