I booked with Exclusive trips &very disappointed ery…

I booked with Exclusive trips & very disappointed about the service.
I rang everyday to make sure that they contact the hotel as we are vegetarians & group of 5 adults.
No labels of food in restaurants, hardly 2 staff only spoke little English, simple request could not understand.
When asked to request for Seaview, all additional cost.
When booked said all included.
Grace in customer service has no knowledge, all wants to reap customers for anything extra.
Also staff needs to be trained to sell good hotels.
Language is biggest problem.
Same food served for lunch & dinner.
Drinks were all watery.
Less selection of fruit, being 5 star hotel. No nuts for breakfast
.very limited choice for breakfast.
Cereals limited choice

WORST TRAVEL AGENT EVER

The hotel was the worst I have ever seen. I did book a 3 star and at the very least expect it to be clean - no this was beyond filthy!

I came home and contacted ET to make a complaint, I was told this would be remedied within 28 working days.

They told lies to the hotel or vice versa and then tried to gaslight me telling me they offered a resolution - I asked for all the transcripts of ALL telephone calls so I could prove them wrong, I am still waiting for them aswell.

So I got home on 13th March, write my complaint on 15th March, got confirmation that this would be sorted and it is not.

I rang them again today (35 days on) to be told that he would look into it today - so they have now broken more of their own T&C's by not responding in thier own timescales and tell me on the phone that I have to be patient, I have been patient enough.

DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They are by far the worst travel agent their is.

I am not a person who complains a lot and if I could attached pictures and videos showing all of this I would.

Poor cost me xtra £55 because you didn't send me boarding pass and I couldn't check in online

You advertise on your answer phone you will send boarding passes 24 hours before departure never happened leaving on 3 April I had to pay £55 because I hadn't checked in and I tried to do varification with Ryanair online it wouldn't accept it You won't accept or sort a refund out.In the 18 th April you sent me my boarding pass but I already managed to check in online through varification worked.You tell lies you say you do something but you don't,Your salesman that sells me holiday said we do everything don't worry?Overall poor experience no help and I am out of pocket £55 and you have not sorted anything out?How could you manage to get me my boarding pass return to England but not going out?I need reimbursement for money and you knew about ryanair policy that when booked through 3 party they don't accept and it's better to book flights directly with airline.I won't be using you again bad experience.

It was noted that on the day before your departure, several calls were made to our customer support seeking guidance on completing the online verification form with Ryanair. Our agent patiently assisted you in this process. However, despite our efforts, your attempts to submit the documents were unsuccessful, resulting in rejection by Ryanair. During our last conversation, it was agreed that you would reach out to Ryanair directly, and if you encountered any further difficulties, you would contact us for assistance. Subsequently, we did not receive any further communication from you.

As the online verification with Ryanair was not completed, you incurred a charge of £55 at the airport for your one-way boarding passes. However, we are pleased to inform you that your return boarding passes were issued without any complications.

In an effort to maintain your satisfaction as our valued customer, we would like to offer you a £50 discount on your next holiday booking with us.

I am sitting in the Vell Mar Hotel in…

I am sitting in the Vell Mar Hotel in Can Picaforth Mallorca. Im absolutely delighted with what I got for what I paid. Its everything That I was expecting and more.
I would highly recommend Exclusive Trips they are so helpful. 10/10 from me.

Hotel is great amenities ideal for a child food is great cleanliness spot on.
I am now searching my next deal.

Excellent kind and seamless service

Very efficient, friendly, professional and high quality service from their staff. I called to book a holiday to Turkey and the person I spoke to directed me to another hotel which turned out to be a much better deal than the one I had called for and a great price too!. We went on.the holiday in February and we had a great and fab time.The hotel was more than we could ever have hoped for. Exclusive trips were so helpful even before we travelled. They did our boarding passes for us without any additional cost and booked us airport assistance which we only requested at the last minute. They didn't even complain, thry were so kind. they just did everything to provide us with a smooth and efficient service. I have now booked two more holidays with them and will happily refer them to my friends. I will always definitely book my future holidays with them!

Staff at exclusive trips was very helpful But the holiday was horrendous, it was a holiday from hell from day 1. . Hotel was full of cats walking over tables and food. Room wasnt very clean, hotel staff rude and bullies. Air con didn't work only on high and at night was to hot. Didn't eat from hotel as it wasn't safe to do so. Staff only spoke english if you didn't complain. Cats were on beds, they actually urinated in room and on items of clothing. Hotel was having work done on it, pool was closed and scaffolding up around hotel, no where to relax at all. More i could say but it be a book if i continued. . . . Never experienced a holiday like this one in all the parts of Turkey i been to will not return to kleopatra atlas hotel.
Staff also not trustworthy at hotel as had money taken from room. .
