First of all, thank you so much for the great customer service. Before deciding to buy the product, I had a few questions about how it works. The answers I received to all of my questions really put my mind at ease.
The product arrived very well packaged, and I’m really happy with the quality. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the support I received.
My package arrived quickly, and I wanted to try it right away. I bought this for my child. While the package was on its way, I called and asked some questions about the product. Thanks to the person who answered on the phone; I think they're a healthcare professional like me, because they expertly answered all my questions.
I tested it on myself to measure its suction power. Not for anything that might get stuck in my throat (thank God), but I was surprised that it had strong enough suction to pull out something from my mouth. I'm keeping it in my drawer, safe to use, and I hope I never need it.
However, I think we need a hanging attachment with this product. I told them about it, and they said they're working on it. I hope they make it soon.
Absolutely no suction what so ever. NONE. Tried calling the number no answer. After posting on Facebook they did reach out and are considering my return request. I did send a video of the product in use to prove it has no suction.
