Working with Jade Zillig at Exit Realty was an eye-opener -- and not in a good way. Her priority was never protecting her clients; it was pushing a deal through, no matter what information had to be twisted or ignored to make that happen. Her so-called "review" of Modern Wall Systems is not just unfair -- it's reckless and misleading.

We stand by our detailed inspection reports, which are performed by qualified professionals with years of experience in EIFS and stucco systems. The only thing "vague" here is her understanding of proper building evaluation. Instead of addressing the facts, she chose to attack the messenger -- because accuracy and accountability don't close deals as fast as overselling fear.

Jade's approach is the definition of careless representation. If you care about transparency, honesty, and protecting your investment, think twice before trusting someone who plays fast and loose with the truth.

Job Jean Charles, one of their employees, often makes racist and threatening remarks on Instagram from his public page which advertises this companies name on it.

UPDATE: EXIT Just sent me a legal threat to take my review down saying it was libelous and defamatory, but failed to say which parts were. Apparently Exit would rather sue to shut people up than act ethically to earn respect and trust

I would never trust these people with my affairs ever again. I should have known better when I saw them advertising on the back of a bus for real estate agents with 'No experience Necessary'. The person that runs the office I dealt with comes across like a slick used car salesman who is only interested in getting paid. Make sure you do your research before contacting them. There are MANY horror stories online about this company. After I left this review on other Sites, Scott the manager, emailed me a one line petty insult. This is the kind of professionalism you can expect from exit realty 'professionals'

The agents will not keep appointments, they will forget to tell you about details you need and will just walk into your house unannounced whenever they feel like it, appointment or not. When an agent from the Dartmouth office missed an appointment by 5 hours and didn't tell us, they just used the code to unlock my door later on that evening and walked into my house while I was standing there in my underwear. When I reported this to their office manager, they dismissed it as a mistake and pretended like it was no big deal. This wasn't a new agent; they had been selling for ten years. When an agent from the Sackville office said they wanted to have an open house. I had to get out of my house for a day on a Saturday. The agent showed up unprepared, did nothing and then left after 45 minutes. Wasted my entire day and made no attempt to sell my house. This is not an anomaly, this is the way this company conducts itself. There is no discipline and there is certainly no ethics!

The agent I dealt with was only recently licensed after being a massage therapist for many years. They complained about the paperwork and rarely submitted any document for signature that didn't have some kind of error on it. I made the mistake of allowing them to do my mortgage financing (Only found out afterwards this was unethical). They made up details because they were too lazy to get info or verify anything. They falsified credit details and then said "It doesn't really matter" when confronted about it. They reported details about my home and my car and my spouse to the mortgage company that were false simply because they couldn't be bothered to verify the details. Again, when confronted about it, the greasy used car manager that runs the place just said "Let me know if you have any proof" and "That's a mortgage issue, you're complaining to the wrong person".

When my agent found out I was an IT Technician, they asked me how they could install secret recording software on someone else’s phone without them knowing. I should have fired them right there but wasn’t sure what to do at first.

If you want the biggest purchase or sale of your life to be a huge messy hassle, think about doing business with this company, if you want an experienced professional who will look out for your best interests. I would go elsewhere in a hurry.
