Poor customer service
I bought a steering wheel from Exmoor in April and a week or two after buying I got my first communication from them saying it won't be delivered until late July. I appreciate it's difficult times with COVID but I think this should be clear when purchasing and also in my opinion they should offer some compensation (e.g. 10% off or a free gift type thing) due to the delay but was offered nothing.
I've heard bad reports before and that combined with this makes me feel that I wouldn't rush back which is a shame as they have very cool products
