Been working with ExoClick with several different account managers for many years now and always been very happy with the results, the services, the efforts of the account managers as well as the support and help they offered!

Never use exoclick, I have earned $184 in a week. Today, they suddenly closed my account without any reason. They say traffic is poor. After all they get from advertisers, they take it from publishers too? How stupid.

They are overall good. But regarding the rate, I expected more from them. If they increase the rate, my satisfaction would be 1000%!

I want to give a big shoutout to the ExoClick team for their fast and professional support. The platform is feature-rich, user-friendly, and offers great monetization opportunities.

Their advanced targeting and real-time stats make optimization easy, and the support team genuinely cares about helping publishers succeed. Every time I reached out, they were clear, helpful, and responsive.

I've been using ExoClick for some time, and my experience with them was always great. Especially, I was very impressed the last time when they contacted me and suggested fixing some problems with Ad Zones. I'm very thankful to Maku and Marc who had a lot of patience and experience to explain to me all the details due to our emails and video chats. Any time when I have a question for any department, I have a quick response, and we solve the problem. I can recommend this company to everybody because of their supportive team and professional skills.

Terrible experience! I met their managers at an event in Dubai, had a conversation with them, and even showcased my iGaming campaigns that I was ready to run. Everything seemed great.

Once I got home, I created an account, added funds, and then—out of nowhere—they blocked my account without any explanation. Now, I’m left wondering if I’ll ever see my money refunded or if this is just a deliberate scam.

When I contacted their customer support, they refused to provide any details about the issue. Seriously, wake up! With this kind of behavior, your mediocre ad network won’t last long.

Spam, when you are close to the withdrawal limit, your account will be closed

My partner recommend me to use this platform. I have tested for a few weeks and the platform has different targeting options which is very good for my offer and the traffic volume is huge. I see a positive result and I will continue use it.

I've been running campaigns on ExoClick for a while now and the results have been really good. The traffic quality is solid and with the right optimization the ROI can be great. The platform provides a lot of features and is very user friendly. The Customer Success team provides help at any time, which is really impressive. They are always ready to help with any issues I may encounter with my campaigns or sometimes I just need their advice to make some adjustments to the settings. I highly recommend this ad network.

Im really happy with the traffic I bought on Exoclick and I want to highlight how helpfiul the team was when I needed it. They're always available to help and guide you. Idk whiy so many people says it's a scam, my experience was amazing.

So i was running campaign with them for 2 months, all good in this period.

Out of the sudden they give me a message ' As a client to ExoClick, we undertake a number of performance checks to ensure the company and existing clients are not at risk. We regret to inform you that your account results were not satisfactory and we have proceeded with the account closure.

No infos, no warning, nothing.
They are completely arrogant team of customer support, especially this Amy that is not sharing any info

I create my new account and add my website after 20 minutes they blocked my account and asked this user is inactive. Tottaly scam.

Exoclick would be a good network with large amounts of traffic in different geos and due to platform functions and tools such as bidder and Smart Bid, the main issues are the quality of their traffic and the Ron CPM/CPC view table in which the value of the bid does not vary with any targeting it always starts at 0.5 and when you click on "Beat It" it adds a slightly greater value but it is not like a recommended bid like other networks do, in Exoclick it is difficult to understand if you are using a "winning bid" or not. That said, I tested 3 different offers in different geos with different formats and different types of zones (RON and only Premium), even using aggressive bids at some times. The problem that I immediately noticed when I tested the first offer with popunder format was that I wasn't receiving conversions and having already tested that offer in the past I knew what I should expect (a torrential downpour of conversions), however with Exoclick not even one, so bitterly (since my plan was to focus on that offer) I changed the offer and with the second one I also tested the banner format but in this case I had rather high costs and not even one conversion and I noticed a lot of volatility between impressions and clicks especially using the pricing model Smart Bid/Smart CPM, while I knew that in the past this one also performed well, then with the latest one in geo FR I managed to receive only 2 conversions out of more than 30,000 impressions and obtained a very low conversion rate of 0.006%.

After these tests and more than €60 spent I can say that the traffic provided by the publishers and partners to Exoclick is low quality with high bounce rate, despite setting correct targeting and promoting high performing offers.

EXOCLICK IS TRASH. They wait until your publisher account reaches cash out then will suspend your account and profit off of your ad impressions.

Screw ExoClick and their foreign customer service agents. Go to hell.

Registered there, added 200$ from my own card, provided all details, did not touch anything else.

Got a message next day saying this:

If you had paid via Crypto currency, please note that you will receive a notification to your email address when the refund has taken place. You must them click on the link contained within that email to accept the funds into your crypto account wallet.

Please note that it can take between 5-7 working days to receive the funds back

We do not enter into discussions about the checks we carry out, or what prevented you from working with us.
