I don’t think that I will ever work with exoclick again because they first closed my account and then did not even refunded my money back which l deposited in my exoclick account.

We've been working with Exoclick not for a long time and as a new platform for us, had a lots of questions which were always answered by customer support, Marc in our case. He also gave us some recommendations how to improve our campaigns in different regions.

My issue was resolved at the first instance.

Firstly, my name on the ExoClick platform as an advertiser is “bassi39”.
As written in the title, the company is currently manipulating me in the process of refund the deposited money, which is 200 dollars via the encrypted currency USDT. They say that the refund process takes place within 3 working days, and I am currently in the third week and they have not returned the money to me, and their response every time via email is to attach to them Evidence from my account that I sent them the amount through it, and just yesterday, 10/12/2023, they sent a message saying that they had sent the balance to my account in Paynes, and I did not receive any balance on my account from them, so I asked them to transfer the TXID and they did not send it to me...I will only give them another week. If they do not return the money to my wallet, I will publish all the evidence here and on many other sites about their scam.

I thank my assistant MO, who is always available and has provided me with very good assistance.

Marc and the team at ExoClick provide an exceptional level of customer support. I am new to the space and after spending weeks try to get answers from other ad networks, Marc was first class with his help.

Common scammers. I worked with them for three weeks, today they blocked me. I do not recommend it to anyone, neither advertisers nor webmasters. Goodbye...I hope your company will be sued someday

Hello, I was working for 2 weeks with Exoclick sending organic traffic until I chose the category related to my page and in the end they closed my page due to invalid traffic and kept my money and time invested.
My traffic is 90% organic with an average of 28 minutes per user of very good quality but according to them my traffic was invalid and they told me after 2 weeks so they could steal my traffic. Do not use this company on their sites, they are scammers, at some point they will keep your money and traffic.

Using multiple ad companies for the last fifteen years and finally settled on exoclick ads. Good pay and basically they cover all the ad formats.

The service is great. They always update important information that could help clients get the most benefit from Ads. Also, the dashboard page is simple and easy to use :D

I have been a member of ExoClick since 2011, and I am truly impressed by ExoClick's Customer Success Team. They have provided exceptional support to me as a publisher. Over the years, I have received consistent payments from our partnership.

The key to success in this business is patience and a focus on developing website traffic. Initially, I used PayPal for payouts, but now I have switched to wire transfer payout. Although there are cross-border fees involved, I believe it's worth it considering the results.

I'm a certified advertiser working with Exo since June 2022. So far they answered all my questions to the support in less than a few hours and always tried to provide as many details as possible to solve the issue.
They have one of the best dashboards across ad networks and share website names which is great.

I've been working with them as a publisher and I've been bringing them almost 200k visits per day
I continued with them for about two months.. and then they blocked my account without any clear response from them
They are serious fraudsters who give you importance for a short period of time and then block your account .. Knowing that there is about $200 in my account, I was about to receive my payment after two days, so they didn’t want to send it to me even when I emailed them they didn’t want to reply and tell me the reason for the ban

They are destined to fall, just deleting profiles left and right, not even providing info why.

if u see this better chose another advertising , before u work is useless. when someone gave good review for sure it come from them staff . be safe people and be cleaver. i didn't hear when somone said when they bad, now i regret it .dont follow my fault.

Using Exo as advertiser, and I can say that traffic is great, thanks to publishers and Exoclick's staff. Recently I've encountered with some problems with the eur/usd rate on funding my account. It was long journey but the problem is solved now, thanks to Marc (Customer Success Team Lead). He was very helpfull and sincerely tried to solve it. My point is, there are humans on both sides, mistakes happens, communicate with each other and be polite.
