I needed a drone for business purposes

I needed a drone for business purposes, I work in Construction and with Roofing Systems. I didn't know much about drones, however I didn't want to support the Chinese and buy a DJI, I wanted American Made so I tried EXO, and came to find out there CHINESE PARTS, and CHINESE as well,(I think it's faulse advertising)
I have bought 3 drones from EXO... Each one would lose connection with the controller, and I would end up crashing, and as far as the optical avoidance equipment. JUIST FOR GET IT! JunK! waste of money!
DON'T BUY IFYOUR LOOKING FOR A SERIOUS WORK DRONE OR ONE THAT IS GOING TO WORK WELL!
Customer Service is terrible. They will only email you when they are ready too, and will not address the questions that are important for first time users as I was.
I purchased the Ranger all 3 times and crashed all of them, once it was my fault, the other times the drone just took off or crashed on it's own, and it's dangerous
you could hurt someone...If you're buying one to go out and play, it will be ok for a few runs, and after that you are going to be calling customer service a lot, and good luck with that! Each time I got a new drone all I needed was the drone, no more cases to carry, or batteries (there batteries are very weak, and not worth the money at all) or controllers, but each time they insisted that I get the package, and all I needed was the drone for a reasonable price, and if they would have corresponded with me I WOULD HAVE HELPED IN ANY WAY, BUT NO. I just bought a DJI mini pro 4. and what a difference, all the difference in the world! no comparison al all... I tried one more time before I bought the DJI, asking them to just sell me the drone, and got no response and emailed them again telling them that I do not want 4 boxes with controllers and dead batteries. just send me the drone and I will buy it...All I got was a reply asking me I I was happy with their service, and would I recommend them! LOL. No way unless you are 12 year old kid with a dad that just wants to play with it until, he grows out of playing, or until it is junk up in the closet... I hope that they read this, and I have 3 controllers and cases and batteries if anyone wants them. Contact me at kghirolleryahoo.com all you need to do is pay for shipping. I wish it would have worked out, but the company has a great marketing game, but a terrible business model, with children running the show, and to really shows.

Complete Scam

Complete Scam. I'm in the process of doing a charge back with my Credit card.
Took my money 8 Dec. Emailed me to say it would be processed within 48 hours. They provided a royal mail tracking number and link to track the item. So I was sucked in. The trustpilot reviews on their site are fake. The real trust pilot reviews are all 1 star.

I don't believe the credits from "The Times and Guardian"

So as of today 23rd December I'm without a Christmas present for my husband. I have emailed numerous times and tried their social media accounts.
You just get lies. The tracking link they provided has not moved on since 8 December not even dispatched.

Utterly shocking company Do not use. Spend your money elsewhere. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM! This company took $750 and sent me a non functioning product. 2 weeks of emails, zero response. I’m sorry if the first time you’re hearing about this is on trust pilot. Avoid at all costs. This is a weeks pay shame on EXO drones

Bought their cinemaster 2 first flight…

Bought their cinemaster 2 first flight went horribly, drone took off with a mind of its own and after chasing it it gave me control and I went to land and once it got inches off the ground it took off straight into my truck and broke. Contacted customer service and was hung up on, emailed them and nothing. Chinese company lying about being American 8 hope they step on Legos every night

Incorrect Drone sent, order incomplete

Incomplete order, no instructions in package or online for the Blackhawk 3 Drone, no charger, no charger cord.
Have contacted No Customer Service (via email only) have received the same canned email 6 times and nothing more, no resolution, no nothing.
EXO Drones is a complete Rip-Off Scam, stay as far away as possible, their website is a good one and it’ll suck you in, but don’t be deceived like I was this is NOT a reputable company!!!!

EXO Ranger X7 Plus

I bought a Ranger X7 Plus. One of the motors didn't work so I contacted EXO about a warranty replacement. After originally getting 'yeah sure, we're on it' I was ghosted. Never heard another word from them. Filed a claim with PayPal and all of a sudden, my warranty claim was approved. I sent the broken drone to them and never heard another word. I was notified today (7/2024) that PayPal was refunding my money. This is an awful company for customer service and apparently, they don't care about standing behind their product.
7/24/2024: Out of the blue I received a replacement X7. PayPal had already refunded my money so I don't know what EXO is doing. Free drone...

Defective products , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased their Blackhawk 3 pro..
It is the top f the and most expensive drone that EXO offers.
When it arrived it did not function correctly. It will not record photos or videos . I have emailed customer service at least a dozen times with absolutely no response from them. I attempted to return the defective drone through their return portal but received an error message that it does not qualify as a return. I am still within their 15 day return period. I inadvertently pressed their not as expected button. I have purchased two previous EXO Drones and expected to receive a functional drone. They have tricky little buttons in their portal to keep customers from getting relief from defective products.
I have enjoyed flying their Ranger 7 plus and their Cinamax 2. This company's lack of response to customer service makes it one to STAY AWAY FROM. Let the buyer beware !

Horrible customer service and doesn't…

Horrible customer service and doesn't stand behind product I wasted $1000 on a Blackhawk pro 3 that won't go over 1500 ft range and gets error messages constantly have about a month a can't fly it. Only about 5 flights. Exo is not answering emails.

Don’t buy it

Don’t buy it, junk and customer service sucks. I get an error msg but you can’t get the parts to fix it. Less then a year old.

I purchased a EXO X7 RANGER PLUS (2024)…

I purchased a EXO X7 RANGER PLUS (2024) they tell you to download the app that don't work keeps crashing the worst customer service ever, I've been trying to get this drone to work but without the app it useless l paid $320 for this but right now it no more than a paper weight I have to file a complaint with my credit card company to get Reimbursed do not buy from this company if and when they get back to you they tell you the same thing over and over Either they don't care or they don't know what they're doing They tell me it needs a software update But does nothing about it I've had this for over a month And never gotten it to fly it Twice with the Remote control never with my phone in the app You can't talk to a person on the phone Only through emails and they take their time getting back to you But they don't take their time Taking your money It shows What their customer service is about, i've have this for 30 days can't return it and no one helps you out Horrible customer service

Terrible Customer Service - Lying to Customers

Horrible customer service. I ordered a drone on Tuesday and Paid $50 for 2-Day shipping. I placed the order after live chatting with them, which they confirmed it would ship same day since it was before their 2 CST cutoff time. So I placed the order.
I did not receive the tracking info until the next day.
I chatted them with my concern about the timeframe on shipping needing for a gift because the next day there was still no movement on the tracking. So this would now put the package at 3-day shipping IF it was to be picked up that day.
They assured me to hang tight and it would be delivered the next day.
I check the tracking the next morning (The day it needed to be delivered) and the package still had not been picked up.
I chatted with the same representative and they told me there was a system glitch and they are able to ship the package via Ground, which is ridiculous after I paid $50 days prior for 2-Day Shipping. I asked that they make it right by canceling the label that had not been picked up in days, and overnighting the package to me. They stated "we do not have overnight shipping." I called them out on this as well, if you go on their site and checkout, there is clearly an overnight option. They are willing to lie to the customer to save a buck and not keep them happy.

They just keep telling me the package was already shipped. They generated a label but never shipped the package.

Package was never picked up. And now it's a week later and the package still has no movement. I have emailed and tried chatting with customer service to just get a refund with no response.

Terrible company and customer service. Don't waste your time or money on Exo Drones.

A knock off company of Hubsan China

Web site says this is a USA company but I found it is only a knock off of the Hubsan Drone company that has had so much support problems. I ordered a mini pro and have tried to return it since the first day delivered. I found the Mini Pro is the same as the Hubsan that still overheats and flies unsteady. EXO has no live support and all emails I got were again from China. I am still trying to get a RMA from EXO who refuses to send me one even though they have a 14 day return policy. NEVER buy from this company. It is simply another arm of China and a fraud.
