Frustrating Design.

The whole website design is a mish mash of information. It starts up with two logos, one of which may or may not be supposed as a logo. 1st confusion. Next; Looking from an Android phone at the time of writing, on top of landing page his preferred email is actually covered by the word 'preferred' as his line before overwrote the following information. When i go to a website i expect it to be perfect or i usually would not deem it worthy of my custom.
Anyway, under that mistake is a product search which implies the buyer is expected to know what they are looking for or have already navigated the website. It is a little peeving but that doesn't mean there shouldn't have a product search box. (Personally i would appreciate everything for sale on landing, in the one scroll or number of objects per page and everything else behind tabs. Search box and basket to the side in uniform with the habitual norms. Special offers at the top of the Landing Store page. Sign up for news doesn't need to be shoved in my face, little tab is suffice). On the phone, if i don't remember its description, i have to scroll past links, reviews and a welcome message every time. Then after all that reaching the bottom some of those information at the top is actually at the bottom.
It took a while to find the category tab was actually clickable. It looks like a title, not a link, on swift glance.
Then its hell going on in the middle. why is the more links and author box splattered in the middle.
It all matters to me and its too much distraction in the website design and the products are too few for me, however they are all individually created at a reasonable price.
Thanking him for the welcome but let me choose whether i want to see it or not. i dislike the whole website experience here and saying that i won't be investing

Next, the terms and conditions and privacy policy are not valid. the template showed him to put his company name but he just left the bracketed direction in the policy. He has not stated the name of the website for readers to know who his terms or privacy policy are about. It seems like he is overwhelmed with legitimate requirement and needs to invest in a designer.
As for his goods, handcrafted objects, books, mirrors are mostly worked by hand which is a good thing.
