Mike did an excellent job painting the outside of the house with some tricky access issues as well as fixing issues left by previous window fitters.

Mike had a challenge. Access to the missing piece of bargeboard was tricky because the boundary fence is very close to that side of the house. He came up with a solution that made his life more difficult than if the access had been straightforward but he got the job done without complaining. His attention to detail is apparent and pleasing. Despite the job taking longer than I expected (because of the access issues) his good humour carried the day.
I will definitely be asking Mike to quote for some other jobs.

My job was to replace the putty and redecorate (externally) all windows, plus some minor works. I received two quotations from highly-recommended contractors. EXP quoted less than half the price of the other contractor. They did an excellent job and accommodated our needs without any fuss. Even deducted from the bill for a window that turned out not to need work. Highly recommended.

Mike took the greatest care with all the work in my house, the finish of which was immaculate. He put up curtain poles, shelves, house signs and went above and beyond fixing a blind up; not satisfied with the plinth provided by the blind company Mike sourced a superior one that provided a better fit and returned the next day to finish the job which is way above and beyond any service I have ever had before. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Mike and the team turned up as promised and did a lovely job painting & decorating my lounge. They also fixed my leaking toilet sink, replaced my leaking kitchen tap and boxed in some pipes. Very good workmanship and great quality of finish. Mike's got very high standards and it shows. They are very tidy, very reliable and very reasonably priced - I’m very pleased!

I have been a customer of EXP for a number of years. They have provided us with general maintenance on our block of flats as well as work on individual flats. EXP provide a very reliable and trustworthy service. There is always great attention to detail and work is meticulously and thoughtfully carried out. I would not hesitate to recommend them for decorating work, general repairs and property maintenance.

Did a wonderful job fitting our new kitchen and laminate flooring. Quickly took care of any little issues that cropped up during the process.

Seemed a decent home improvement person at first, and was very good with communication at first. But his prices are fairly expensive and his work did eventually fall apart. After being notified about his work not being up to scratch he never got back to me.
