So after waiting weeks for the delivery , items were definitely not the size I ordered , more like 3 sizes too small, they won't take them back as THEY did not put them in the correct packaging with the needed code on it. Stuck with items I can't wear, can't return and the customer service is almost non existent, finally offered me a huge £2 refund ! I would never ever buy a thing from this company again ! Then to top it all, after receiving my bank statement this company have over charged me, so the price I have on my confirmed order was not what they have charged me ! Awful awful company

SCAMMERS! We ordered a laptop, it was supposed to arrive within two weeks. They postponed the delivery for a month, but we refused the laptop because we were leaving the country.
They said they would refund within 7-46 business days. IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS, NO REFUND AND NO REPLY!
I'm going to write to the Singapore police if they don't refund the money within today.

Took money for a very expensive item and said it would be sent shortly. Months later, no response to emails, no refund.

Not get my refund over 60 days
I didn't get my refund until now. It was over 60 days and they told me refund usually 7-49dys. I sent email yesterday about that but not yet reply. Now, I am preparing to report to the singapore police if I don't receive any reply today.

I have sent several emails to this company asking for information about my order, and so far, only the first was answered. Even that email ignored my actual request. Their website is under so-called maintenance but they don't even bother to explain what this will mean for their customers in the meantime? It has been more than a month. Expansys are crooks. This is my second review, after many attempts and countless emails , I didn't receive my order ,After my review on trustpilot they answered and they said they will refund me the money back, That also never happened and they never answer any of my emails , I will file a consumer rights complain and a police report and I will try to dispute the payment through my bank if that's even an option now .

NEVER BUY Overseas Smartphones or Tablets from Expansys Japan
As dual sim phones are not available in Japan and as I travel a lot I need to keep my Japan number on and purchase a local SIM in the country I have travelled to. So for the first time of living 17 years in Japan, I decided to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Z fold 3 dual SIM 5 G phone through Expansys Japan. After around a year of using the phone, suddenly the Wifi got greyed out and it will not turn on and 10 days after that the screens stop displaying even though you could hear the sounds of notifications and calls. As the phone was out of warranty period I was aware that I will have to pay for the phone to get it repaired. I got in touch with Expansys Japan , and they said that since the phone is out of Warranty , I should get it repaired by Samsung Japan. To my utmost horror , when I took it to Samsung Japan , the said that as it was not purchased in Japan , they will not even touch the phone for repair as they bound by something called the "Dempaho" regulation. I got back to Expansys Japan , but they just sent me a link of a Smartphone repairshop and said since the product is out of warranty , even if I pay for the repair they cannot help in any way. I tried calling 20 other repair shops and each of them said that either they do not undertake Z fold 3 repiars and those who did say they can repair Z fold 3 , they can fix only the display issue by purchasing a secondhand Z fold 3 of the same model and replacing the parts of my phone with the parts of the second hand phone and the price they said would be around 120,000 JPY . They said that foreign models can only be repaired that way.They also told me that they cannot repair the Wifi problem as that would also be violating the "Dempaho" regulation of Japan. This was never told to me nor I was made aware of this when I was purchasing the phone by Expansys Japan. Had I known that the phone cannot be repaired in Japan even after I am ready to pay, I would have never purchased the smartphone. Also Expanys Japan just put thier hands up and said they cannot do anything about this.
So if you are living in Japan....NEVER EVER buy phones from Overseas , Including those foreign models sold by Expansys Japan as you will not have a way to get it repaired even if you are ready to pay. I have decided that I will never own a Samsung product as thier response was pathetic , but Samsung Global and will never use Expansys Japan as they are unable to support post sales.
I have posted this for Expansys Japan, but just wanted to warn the users of other countries as well if they face similar problems with local regulations and Expansys does not warn in advance

To be fair, expansys finally gives response but giving excuses with multiple factors for the availability of my product ordered. Which sound like BS to me these days when Covid are behind us.
After reading the comments from many customers on diff sites, I decided to cancel my order and get refund. I made the request in the support ticket when the support person offering me such option. Finger crossed and see what happen...
It is my careless mistake for not doing enough research before placing the order, and their website look very legit... however maintainence for a few days already...

I bought an Samsung Z Flip 4 from Expansys last October. After almost two months of using it, the hinge suddenly stopped working. The phone was never dropped. Then it started having a small dot on the screen. Since they cannot repair it, they asked me to send it back to them to exchange my the phone, I have been waiting for almost 5 months for them to replace it, but they said the phone is out of stock, and now they are not responding to my emails. I complete feel hopeless with this situation.

I have been waiting 5 months for the iPhone I paid for and after writing many reviews (and hundreds of emails) on Trust Pilot some scammer from expansys sent me an email saying they would send me the phone on 18 May. Now there is no response after dozens of emails from me! It seems they just want to keep the bad reviews down so they can SCAM more of us!

I ordered a phone 1.5 months ago on expansys.ae (Sony that is not sold in stores in UAE). There is no sign of the.order and no response. Due to many negative comments I am afraid this is more than questionable. I will raise official complaint via the authorities as I am worried I will neither see product nor money.
Update ... after posting this they got in touch. It seems they have issues with supply chain. Now they are responsive. I accepted another week or so to sort it out as it has again not been delivered to them I have now opted for the offered refund. Hope to see the money in my account soon

I ordered a JBL Speaker last November 23, 2022 and paid for it immediately however until now May 10, 2023 no speaker was delivered. I emailed them many times but always get a response "Your ticket has been received. One of our agents will reply to you shortly.", however no agent contacted me, nor email update.
