Helpful advice from Stuart by phone and email at the stage of choosing what equipment to hire for my particular climb, equipment arrived ahead of the agreed rental start date with no extra charge, was of good quality, prompt collection afterwards and immediate refund of deposit. The only improvement to a slick service would be a return label, already printed and in the delivery box, ready for after the trip.

Good advice, good quality equipment, great service
Preparing for a trip to Kilimanjaro and wanted to hire a couple of the things I knew I wouldn't need again. Stuart advised me that I should go for the warmer sleeping bag than the one other sites suggested. It was great advice, especially as my friend's bag never made it passed Cairo and two of us were sharing it for much of the trip. The service was efficient and it was easy to return the equipment when I was done. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Thank you John for taking the time to leave feedback. We appreciate that it would be nice/ideal to get a label in the box to send back, but these are sometimes date specific and as such if your delayed on your trip the label would be void. Also we appreciate sometimes circumstances change and people would rather a collection from work rather than to drop off which maybe inconvenient as such we agree/book collections/returns when people get back rather than pre book. This is so that we can try and accommodate people preference. Good luck with any future adventures.

I would not hesitate to recommend Expedition Kithire to anyone doing a Mont Blanc trip (or similar).
