Products that could be ordered online were cancelled twice in a row despite the available status in the Webshop - each time with vague reasons and only with an information after several days.

The order was cancelled about one week after I ordered, because the product wasn't available anymore.
I got a voucher for my next purchase, but I won't buy at expert again.

Literally the worst company in the world you can purchase from. Nearly scam level! I purchased an SSD from them on March 26th, 2020. They created a shipping label with DPD but NEVER sent it. I tried contacting them with email, they said they will respond soon but due to current events (coronavirus) it might take a bit longer. They never responded to my email, it was sent: March 31 and still to this day had no response. I also tried contacting them via Phone, I sat on line for 40 minutes with awful ear destroying waiting music and hung up as it too long. I am not wasting more my time of my life for a scam.

Furtheron, I opened a PayPal dispute on April 7, still giving them time to solve this issue. They never responded to the dispute, on April 26 they responded to the PayPal claim with some details I can not view, and on May 6 PayPal refunded. Still to this day the DPD tracking has only shipping label printed.

I thought it was over with expert, I was never going to purchase from them again. But to my disbelief, on Jun 10 they sent me an email claiming they sent me a DOUBLE refund. I checked my records and have received no such thing. I only received money from PayPal which I paid with. The offered me ultimatum, send bank transfer (uberweisung) in 1 week. They take your money so quickly, but when it is about their money they never respond or care. I responded to the email on the same day (June 10) ~3 hours after I received it, and to this day did not receive a response. However, I got a notification that they read it, using the MailTrack extension on google chrome 2 days after they received it. I responded again today (June 13) but no response still. They even sent in original email they are willing to answer any questions. Really? They do not even respond. I will not bother calling,I have more important things to do such as my job. If they say they can reply to the email with answers, they better do it. Scam artists! Never buy from them, even if they are cheapest on idealo, biggest mistake of my life.

Update: they then proceeded to send me a Mahnung by mail. I refused to pay, because they never sent me double. It then went to Inkasso. At this point I just returned the money they gave me plus interest and fees. They are thieves. Stay away.

Cheap and works as intended. But the description is a little confusing as you could think that it is also possible to call via voice activation but this is not the case.

Everything is o.k. , from shipping till the first run. Thank you for that greatful technical thing from SONY.

Called them emailed the re a faulty Garmin Smart Watch music 6 months old. They promised a return label and Envelope. 4 weeks since initial correspondence and I have had nothing in the post. Completely untrustworthy company. Expert.de sort yourself out.

They will freeze or block the prices as you are placing the order. Happened more than once.
