TL;DR: Hilariously incompetent staff, terrible service over the phone, no updates on product delivery, cancelled order from the main office even though I paid up-front.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a modem to collect in the store two weeks ago, paid up front, got no help in deciding whether it was a good option or not, and I had to ask for my receipt because they forgot.
I called them today to see where we were in the process. They took 5 minutes to answer the phone, even though there were no customers in the store at the time. He couldn't find my order at all, and told me that he would call back. Half an hour passed, and I called back. Same guy, but when I asked about the router, he had no idea what I was talking about... He finally got his head out of his rear end and told me it was supposed to be here, because the order list said that it should've come the 7th of April (today is the 18th by the way), and that he would call me back when he knew something.
I waited for what felt like an eternity, and decided to go to the store personally after speaking with a former employee of the establishment. I talked to a cashier who was new on the job, and she found my order in about 12 seconds, so good job "other guy"! The guy I spoke to on the phone seemed busy with another customer, and he was for over half an hour while the manager himself and the cashier were trying to figure it out for me.
It seems that the product has not even been shipped, even though it has been ordered. The manager said he would take the matter into his own hands and call me tomorrow. Rest assured, I will get my router and never shop there again.
I personally recommend you go somewhere else, as the staff is incompetent and lazy. I would give 0 for the phone service, but the manager actually helped out, so I guess that 1 star is sort of deserved.

18 days and still waiting
My order hasn't arrived 18 days after ordering online. Worst experience ever . Nobody cared to call me or sent a real personalized email explaining the reason and an valid expected day of arrival.
