Zohaib done a great job cleaning the floorboards n steaming the carpets. They was friendly and id recommend to anyone. Great value for a great cost. My carpet looks and feels brand new.

I would not use this company again. Initial impression with what they offer and booking was good. Cleaner turned up on time - also very good. No sooner did cleaner arrive were they on the phone complaining the flat is too dirty and it will cost an additional £50. Yes it was dusty but this is a 1bedroom flat less than 50m2 with vinyl floor throughout except for carpet in bedroom. A good dust, vacuum and mop would have cleaned most of the flat in 30mins. Kitchen and bathroom a bit more. They advertised oven clean and carpet steam clean, light fittings dust, fridge freezer clean as being included in price. However they contacted me saying they didn’t have time to clean the oven, dust still on top of glass light fittings, we told them not to do freezer so only small fridge part to clean and in the bedroom there were still large indentations in the carpet indicating no steam clean had been done. It is a bit amazing two men cleaners working in a small flat cleaning for 10 hours couldn’t have covered it. When I complained about carpet clean they came back saying they had done it and not returning even though they advertise free return within 3 days if you are not happy with something.

Moving out sometimes feels like starting over and I couldn't wait to begin from the start in a different town and different place. The only thing holding me back was the old apartment and I wanted to get things done as quick as possible. I packed all my things and loaded them in the car, I booked this company's end of tenancy cleaning and went to finish a few more tasks. When I came back after a couple hours, I got impressed by the work of these cleaners. They did a amazing job cleaning the entire property deeply. The place looked really pleasing and I was ready to leave. I paid a reasonable price for the service and I can say I'm satisfied.

Expert Cleaning Services were booked for the Friday lunch time and did not turn up. After waiting several hours and making several calls, they did come the following day, but the standard of cleaning was very poor. After complaint, they agreed to come the following Friday, but again have not turned up. Terrible service, completely un-reliable. Strongly advise against using this company.

Used their services for 4 bedroom house. Competitive price, superb service. Carpet cleaning took a lot of time but overall I very satisfied with their services.👍🏻
