My service request was promptly and professionally handled. The quality of service provided Ms.Tamara Neumeier was outstanding.

Have been registered for few months. It is my first time career wise to experience job or recruitment platform that charge candidates to apply for a post. Not sure how this model works in favour of the client. Myself when representing a company, how do I trust candidates coming from experteer's end knowing that only the candidates that paid have applied and that I as company missed all the potential candidates that didn't (most qualified and passive ones won't pay to apply for a job).
In addition, my inbox turned to experteer's email junk yard. I receive advertorial few times daily, all selling a service that require you to pay rather than providing a genuine useful service. Wish you would have put half that marketing time in providing genuine help to job seekers or to the clients that trust you to find them the best talent the market can offer not the best ones from the ones that paid.

This is an excellent service. Not only do they provide a great service of matching people with their prospective job opportunity, their customer service is outstanding. I wrote to them about some misplace information i had and they not only wrote back to me in less than 12 hours, they contact the other organizations and had them reach out to me. Great job.

Due to complicated personal situation there was a misunderstanding. The person from CS (Tamara) immediately came up with a very suitable solution; human approach !

This service is a stealth charging service. After trying it and getting very little from it. It knew it was not worth the money and planned to unsubscribe. They charged me automatically without any notice of my subscription coming up for renewal and now of course they refuse to refund me and cancel my subscription. Buyer beware!!

After some differences were resolved my issue was dealt with quickly and positively, I will re-engage with Experteer for my next job search.

The cancellation of my premium membership did not pass through your system in time for the next debit. My request for reimbursement was honoured, so my thanks for that!

I accidentally signed up for the wrong subscription and Tamara responded quickly and had the issue resolved immediately. She also sent me a discount on the subscription that I was initially interested in. Great customer service and support. Thank you

Very fast reaction regarding an unexpected renewal, issue solved with customer empathy

Not one job lead. But have still taken an additional £66 from my account. Also impossible to cancel a subscription as no way to manage yourself in the website.

Crooks. Thieves. Scam. Avoid.

ADDITION - six months later, I have just had an email from Trustpilot saying that Experteer have questioned the validity of my review, if I don’t provide evidence (which I will), this review will be taken down. So now Experteer are trying to mask their unethical practices. The business should be shut down.

They forwarded on my CV to a third party CV review company without my permission. Then spammed me despite me having unsubscribed. Avoid.

I don't like the auto renew feature. Most services give you a warning that your subscription is about to renew. Experteer doesn't provide that warning and refuses to refund money. After 9 months of unemployment, I finally got a new role at end of 2020 and my cash flow is very tight as I dig out of debt. I no longer need service but it auto renewed without warning. I think this is shady and when I asked for a refund I was told to refer to original terms.

Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars. IMHO this can be considered as a scam. It is a waste of money and time. Leads/opportunities they provided to me were absolutely useless. Getting rid of their "service" ???? is a disaster. I cancelled registration but Experteer did not recognised it and threats with additional fees and so forth. DON'T USE THEM!

Cancellation is and remains a nightmare.
