DO NOT USE.
I ordered the strips that claim to be 12% peroxide. I have used the 2 week course and no change. There is no mention of the peroxide levels on the box or the strip packet so that made me suspicious. The strips do not match the box they came in, also suspicious, and a sticker saying 'expertwhite' has been just stuck onto each strip packet. I peeled the sticker off and did an image search of the strip packet and it came back with a company who produce PEROXIDE FREE STRIPS. I personally do not believe the strips are as advertised and I personally do not believe they contain 12% peroxide. They made zero difference to my teeth.

The product and any reply has not received finally.

I placed the order on November 10th, but as of today, November 30th, there has been absolutely no shipping notification.
Even after emailing them, I have received no reply.

Fortunately, since I paid via PayPal, I may expect a refund, but this company is completely scam.

Please be careful not to order from them. It was a completely waste of time and money.

I ordered from their website clearly targeted at the Japanese market, however, the package was withheld at customs and I was required to attend a customs office in another city to explain what was in the package before it would be released.

Obviously I wasn't going to do that, on attempting to contact the company via their online contact us form, the form fails to send.

Strongly recommend not ordering this product from outside the US.

Followed up by email three times on our order. Been 6 weeks since order placed. Refund is required and absolutely zero response.

I placed an order and received a cancellation email because they don’t ship to my address. I never received a refund and have they are not responding to my emails.

My money was basically stolen.

After reading all the negative reviews I thought I just wasted money and wouldn’t receive my product
However …. 3 weeks after ordering my product arrived … and works well.

It was not great

It is a scam company, they took the money and did not send any confirmation email, also they don’t answer the phone calls, so all in all would not give them 1 star if it would be possible! Stay away from this company!!!

The app of our B Post (Belgium) states that they have delivered my package but I have not received anything. I contacted them but they said I had to contact the sender. I don't think this is okay. ExpertwhiteGEL.com is a scam site - do not use.. payment is taken by Glopal which is Paris based not US. Expertwhite.com is NOT a scam site and you should use this site... ExpertwhiteGEL.com took my money and I have not heard from them since with any kind of updates with regard to my order, shipping etc. Went on to the site to track my order when you put in the details it says "the CAPTCHA information you have put in is incorrect" basically they block any kind of communication reaching them.. TOTAL SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY

the delivery and customer service has been a NIGHTMARE.
If you are outside of the USA DO NOT ORDER.
I have patiently waited 3 mounts Business Days and keep being told to wait another week.
The USPS tracking service requires a fee if you wish to track your item further and if you try to call the Customer Service line the Mailbox is full.
Avoid this company like the Plague

It didn't take long until I was smiling from cheek to cheek again.

I had an issue with an undelivered item and this was rectified and fixed with great customer service added too!
