I had a very disappointing experience with ExporterIndia. Their pre-sales team lacks basic professionalism and courtesy. Initially, they seemed eager to respond, but the moment I decided not to purchase their service, their tone changed completely. They became rude, dismissive, and downright mannerless.No potential customer deserves to be spoken to in such a disrespectful way just because they choose not to proceed. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the company’s values and approach to customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them.

Bhai, main aaj ExporterIndia company ka review de raha hoon. Main bas ek baat kehna chahta hoon: Is company ne mere saath scam kiya hai, 100%.

Agar koi bhi inka membership plan lene wala hai, toh bhai, tum ek baar nahi, 1000 baar sochna. Inki baaton mein mat aana. Inse koi kaam kara lena, aisi koi umeed mat rakhna.

Mujhe nahi pata yeh dusri industries mein kaise kaam karte hain, lekin Digital Marketing, Tech, IT jaise fields mein yeh bilkul bekar hain. Inka expertise zero hai, shayad 0.0000001% bhi nahi.

Aur sabse bure, bhai, yahan ke employees itni rudely baatein karte hain. Aisa lagta hai jaise maine unse kuch utha liya ho, jabki main toh unka customer hoon. Aap samajh sakte hain? Unka vyavhaar bilkul ghatiya hai.

I want to raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience with ExportersIndia.com.

I was contacted by their employee Ms. Priya Khatri, who later connected me with Mr. Rajesh (Mobile: 9971138375) to discuss a business listing package for my coal trading firm.

When I politely refused to purchase the package, Mr. Rajesh behaved in a highly unprofessional and abusive manner, using offensive language and disrespecting small business owners like me. He even said things like “You don’t have the status to buy our package” — which is completely unacceptable.

As a genuine business owner, I expect professionalism and respect from reputed B2B platforms like Exporters India. Such behavior damages the company’s credibility and discourages honest small traders from growing online.

I request the ExportersIndia.com management to take strict action against this kind of behavior and ensure that no other business faces such humiliation.

Scam website, waste of Money, Supporting team is very brutal and disgusting.

1️⃣ Initial Promise – ₹40,000

I was contacted by Yogesh Kumar (Ph: 84488-39525) from ExportersIndia.

He claimed their portal had many buyers and high traffic for my product.

Based on his assurance, I purchased their membership for ₹40,000 (bill attached).

2️⃣ Forced Upgrade – ₹30,360 more

Within just 2–3 days, Yogesh along with another staff member Rahul (Ph: 77018-76784) pressured me to “upgrade” to Star Membership, saying it was necessary for results.

I paid ₹30,360 more.

3️⃣ Another Add-On – ₹38000

Since inquiries still didn’t come, they told me I had to buy a Premium 5 Keyword Listing.

I had no choice but to pay another ₹38000

4️⃣ Shocking Truth from Their Own Staff

When no results came, I finally got through to a backend employee, nitin (Ph: 8368101336).

He openly admitted there was no traffic for my product on their portal.

He said unless I spent an additional USD $1500 + 18% GST on SEO, the money I had already spent (₹84,720) would be useless.

5️⃣ Last Payment – ₹28,120 for SEO

They even issued a written certificate promising SEO results.

I reluctantly paid ₹28,120 more, bringing my total to ₹1,12,840 (which originally started at just ₹40,000).

📉 The Outcome (After 8 Months)

Not a single genuine inquiry from their portal.

My website SEO and rankings showed hardly any improvement.

I had to manually purchase random inquiries to make use of the account, which generated zero revenue.

🚩 The Ongoing Trap

When I complained, the new account manager shamelessly said I should again take another 6 months of SEO and premium keywords.

This was exactly what they had already sold me earlier.

Their story kept changing:

First they said SEO gives results in 2 months (as per Sushant).

Now they claim results take at least 1 year.

Abhi exporters india ke naam pr loot rhi hai. So my all business colluge from any corner of the India don't pay your single rupees to this company otherwise you will regret it.. Ek bas exporters india ke naam pr review page bna rakhna h jaha apne employ se review Dalw ke isko promote kar rha h.. Don't dall in this trap.. Surya singh of the Exportsindia.com is a cheap mentally sick personality. I have contacted him for my business growth. Mr. Surya Singh asked my Rs.28000 subscription ,but everything I give him time for over call meeting ,he didn't call. Then he next day he used to call and talk to me like am wasting his time, and I was supposed to call him. Then I told him I will not do any business with him. Then he starts to use calling me several time in office hours,from one after another new number,and after refusing over phone hat we are not interested, .Then immediately after he stop xalling me,I start getting OTP on my number for putting queries on different e commerce platform like
indiamart,justdial for offensive items like sex toy,condom. Be care full. Then I fil complain to cyber crime with my lawyer

Bad Experience – Not Recommended ALERT

I had a very disappointing experience with Export India. After clearly denying and rejecting their offer, they kept calling me from different numbers, which felt unprofessional and intrusive. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services to anyone. Even if you reject there offer they will do silly things like sending false otp from bomber website i have cross chech the IP address of there. 8750342734, 9355494544, 8929081735, 7065175631 These are number after this if i get any call i am gonna file a case in consumer court.

Shamefull Behaviour this people have

We took a 1-year membership from Exporters India, where they promised 40 leads per month. It’s been 8 months, and almost all the leads have been fake or junk. When we asked them to provide proper leads, their response was simply, “check from the portal” — but there is nothing there except junk.

On top of that, without completing even a year, the website they created for us expired — and we were never informed beforehand. When it’s time for payment, they take multiple follow-ups and chase you constantly, but when we actually need support, no one is there to pick up the call or help us.

Their support is extremely poor, and their team lacks basic professionalism in communication. Overall, our experience has been disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend Exporters India to anyone.

I have been using Exportet Premium for 9 months now, but I haven’t received a single lead yet. My money has been completely wasted. Today, while reading the reviews, I feel angry at myself for not checking these important reviews beforehand.

I am a marketer myself, and I still don’t understand why not a single one of my keywords has ranked on Google. The features and promises made didn’t show any results at all.

My advice to anyone seeking genuine marketing results is to thoroughly research and carefully read user reviews before joining any premium service.
