DO NOT deal with this company under any circumstances. I ordered a case for a Cowon J3 MP3 player - no delivery and failed promise of refund on 3 occasions - still waiting on refund, however, has been 1 month now so I'm not holding my breath, in my view, they are thieves - beware!

I never got what i ordered. I never got refund. Run away from them !!

The reason for my order cancellation was that I needed the goods urgently, and in the website they said it would be delivered in 3-5 days, but there was no confirmation even after a week. In addition, I read some reviews and the company actually looked suspicious.

When I asked for refund, I even specifically asked to confirm the sum to be refunded, and got the correct answer. However, from more than 700 euros I got back only 136, and even that amount I got much later than it was promised. Now I don't even get any answer to my messages, and have no idea when I can get my refund. It's already more than a month, and I have to pay fees for the money they took from my credit card (without my acceptance, and stating in the web site that money would not be taken until the order is confirmed).

Really disappointed. And really afraid to loose that big amount of money.

Please do not buy anything from them!!!

By first experience with this shop, I ordered Playstation accessory. On the website I could see they had good stock, so I gave it a go. However. The support gave me a rather quick message, that the items were discounted and not available. The stock system was then totally unreliable and so to me no good first impression.
I then complained straight away to get a refund, and the support responded quick and promised (bit broken English) to refund within 3 to 5 working days and inform me.

Two fully weeks later, I still could not find any refund, nor any recieved messages from them.
As any case like this, I messaged them once again but this time, no reply!
More days past and I coincidentally noticed refund finally got in, but I still today never heard any words from them.

Not fraud, but would still taking advice. Their services are not great and unreliable.

I was looking for a toy for my boy. I couldn't find it in Europe but I saw it on Exportprive.fr. I even thought it was at a good price.
I paid and they shipped it some days afterwards. The shipment cost was expensive and extremely slow. It took more than one month between the payment and the delivery. On top of that I had to pay a huge amount in custom and VAT fees as they skip this by sending the parcel under "non business" tag which is actually illegal.
At the end that's the customer who pay for any "extra" and a good deal can quickly become a very bad one. Especially when there is some fees behind it.

I would recommend anyone to turn away from this company. Their business is not clear!

Very efficient service and good quality products. Speedy delivery and good communication.

The difference in fees was refunded eventually, but very difficult to communicate via multi-layered feedback forms and I had to remind the company several times before it happened.

I received exactly what I ordered in a prompt fashion.

Sorry, but I will have to do this in English. Despite using the English version of their website and the fact that all our communication has been in English, I was sent a link to evaluate ExportPrive in French. Which by itself validates the title of this review. But wait, there's more.

I ordered a Silicone case for the Cowon J3 as well as a USB cable for it. The J3 uses a special cable, so I didn't have many options. I needed the items to get here (=Denmark) fast, so I opted for the costly air freight, meaning that the shipping cost as much as the items themselves. Fair enough, getting from Korea to Denmark in 3-5 days is going to cost me.

TEN days later I recieve a notice that my items have been shipped. When I got in touch with ExportPrivé to ask why the items I paid to have shipped to me in a maximum of 5 days had not even left the store after 10 days they told me that there had been a national holiday in Korea and everything had been shut down for a week. When asked directly, they admitted that it MIGHT had been a good idea to put this information on the website, as they deal in exports, there is a good chance that their customers will be OUTSIDE of Korea, thus oblivious to Korean national holidays.

15 days after ordering, the goods arrive. With the wrong cable. Instead of the original Cowon 30-pin cable I recieve a generic micro-usb cable. I immediately send an email to Exportprive, asking them to refund what I paid for the Cowon cable and the fast shipping, since I had gotten neither of these things.

Days go by before they reply, asking me for a picture of the cable. I send one to them immediately. After A WEEK they reply that they have sent me another cable. To which I instantly replied a firm "no thank you, just my money back, please". Haven't heard from them since.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!

The shop sells goods from the internal Korean market.
I've recently purchased Blackvue DR380HD and PowerMagicPro+ from them.
Everything came to me on time and in good state.
Prices are ones of the lowest among other similar shops.
Personal reacts for customer questions very fast - PowerMagicPro+ was not shown in their sells list but had been added there momentarily after my question.
I would strongly recommend ExportPrive for those who are looking for goods from Korean market for reasonable price.
