I took out a loan with Exprebucs in November of 2023. The loan payment was not properly drawn after the two week period, and they never responded to my efforts to call them or connect with them via e-mail regarding payment.

Fast forward six months, after they claimed they failed to secure funds through my bank (when my card had been validated to receive funds and was active), and they sent me to collections without a word of explanation or warning. I had zero issues receiving pay during this time, and my card functioned as normal. For all I know, they never even tried to collect the payments and were relying on me not responding to their collections inquiry so they could garnish my check by inflating the amount owed using a non-existent interest rate.

Where’s the customer service, how do I have an outstanding loan balance when I got straight up denied for a loan, makes no sense and this customer service is bogus. All fake everything. I’m going straight to the bank and canceling my account so good luck on processing my payment. Such a worldwide joke

I just love these fake a** 5 star reviews on here with bogus names..bulls**t! It's a straight up scamming app. I'd give zero stars if it'd let me. It took my info but kept telling me my application account number didn't match up with the confirmation check when I know for a fact I copied and pasted. To add to it, it doesn't even give you an option to go in and edit the info.

This app is legitimate! They have been helping while I need to catch up on my bills.

First I applied on 5-7-23 and told money would be in there on the 8th it’s the 9th and still no money. When I tried getting in touch first I couldn’t get anyone to email me back or answer their phone. Finally today the 9th someone emailed me back said it would be in before 9pm still it’s 9:51 pm and no money and can’t get an answer don’t approve someone if you don’t plan on putting into their account I can’t believe this is happening. I put all my info out there and they can’t be trusted because it’s not has easy as they claim. What’s taking so long to transfer money when I have been approved on the 7th.
