I unfortunately lost my long-term position during the pandemic, I signed up to a lot of agencies but none of these even came close to the service I received at Express Recruitment. I was assigned to Charley Tazey who did everything she could to help me back into work. Charley went above and beyond the expected level of customer service required. After 2 weeks of being out of work Charley managed to find me a temporary 1-month contract and before I had even finished that contract, she managed to find me a temporary (long-term) contract working with the local Council. Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for this amazing woman, it has been an absolute pleasure working with Charley, she listened to my every need and genuinely cared about what I wanted and where I wanted to be. A service like no other!! Thank you :D

A refreshingly smooth and professional journey right from the start having had mostly poor to mediocre experiences with agencies in the past. After completing registration, I had a discussion with Ben who went through my CV and he understood what I was looking for and recommended me for a position which matched my skills and knowledge. Following the subsequent interview, I was offered and accepted the position within 24hrs. The whole process took 3 days. I can see where the relevancy of the "Express" . Good news and great service for all parties involved.

Signed on with Express in November 2019, worked with Vicky and she was brilliant at sourcing appropriate roles. Listened to what I needed and provided options that were appropriate. I also had a small issue, that Vicky was great at sorting. Would highly recommend this agency and would use them again in the future.

Completely useless. Went in with experience, CV, filled out all the forms and sat down to go through my work history. Was there over an hour. Heard nothing from them again!
