The paper is a propaganda paper. Ukrainian trolls are allowed to abuse anyone telling the truth about the Ukraine war. Calling people names ( which breaks the daily express rules )
These same people abusive comments remain and worse still all of them are still allowed to abuse lots of people on the site. Totally one sided paper that does not portray the truth.

Pleased with your delivery service but the delivery person does not push my paper completely through my letterbox. It is left hanging halfway through, this happens every day.

My father (age 95) has been a loyal Daily Express reader for most of his life. When his eyesight started failing a few years ago he purchased an annual subscription to the Daily and Sunday Express app as he found he could continue to read the paper on his tablet as he could enlarge the print. However, he is no longer able to download his paper as it says he doesn't have an active subscription, despite paying £64.99 via Apple in October last year. Pressing the restore subscription button just says he doesn’t have an active subscription, but he obviously does as they have taken the money from his credit card. I have sent emails for him but he has not received a response. There is no phone number to ring. What can I do?

I made some balanced comments on 'articles' and they deactivated the account I used and deleted the comments. Nothing rude or nasty. How pathetic that unless in total agreement you can't post a comment. The dummies just get dumber and their confirmation bias super reinforced.

Insurance I decided to look at compare sites for renewal I normally pay £450 per year for van insurance the cheapest quote I got was £1740 when I waited for my broker for renewal they quoted £2760 what a scam . I need an answer of why is this so

The Daily Express has always written utter crap. I have checked recently to see if there has been any improvement but no, still utter crap. It may be that its readers are extremely gullable or regard it as an entertaining comic.

Ads everywhere. Takes three "clicks" to access any article. Only allows you to move to the new article on the 3rd click, otherwise the previous one reloads twice! Quality of some pieces is absolutely awful. Not worth the hassle anymore.

The Daily Express seems to be going from bad to worse.
The ads are annoying. No doubt done to push the subscription service.
Comments are controlled to the point that language and words in common use is deactivated.
Changes have recently been made where notification of replies to comments are no longer received.
Its as if they want to actively ruin the business.

Not so much a newspaper more a comic for gullible adults who enjoy being gaslit. Probably the least reliable, most biased and least authoritative newspaper in the UK. Not to be taken seriously as a news source.

The Express has same Owners as the Mirror group who Prince Harry’s legal proceedings recently won on 15 counts criminal conduct of Hacking and more. Result The Express to me has a Vendetta against both The Prince and his dear wife. Their constant daily vitriol towards them is appalling plus quoting who they call Royal Experts, such people do not exist, derogation of them, merely someone’s opinion. They quoted Burrow an Author who wrote some biographies i.e his opinion of Royals as if was fact. So derogatory screamed of his resentment that The Prince’s book Spare that sold millions more copies that his life's work.
Result the comment pages are full of the gullible’s nasty unkind hatred towards The Sussex’s. As John Cleese stated in his GB News program we need a Gov’t Agency Watchdog to control the press there is none we’re one of few western countries who allow them to Police themselves. Cameron allowed it brown nosed Murdoch by not enacting Judge Levenson’s recommendations after Hacking & Criminal conduct of some of our press.

Express Newspapers is the worst there is.
It is a newspaper that only prints news always on the negative side.
They also have a hate for Harry & Megan as they are on the news everyday criticising the couple.
They also hate anything in EU and always printing Fake news on they hate spreading.

This paper is dreadful. it censors harmless everyday words like idiot and fool, it repeats articles ad nauseum, its painfully slow to load, the comments sections often don't work and reporting it to the DE seems to leave them agog with indifference. The quality of its once magnificent journalism is now disgusting or even less and they seem to be relying increasingly on articles written by AI. The web site is of a dreadful design. Breaking news banners stamp on why you are trying to read and videos are constantly launched which have to be shut down because they obstruct what you are trying to read. I think its sad that this once wonderful paper is now akin to that which was published in the USSR all those years ago. Very sad.

I think also it should be mentioned that their method of challenging to see if you are human leaves a lot to be desired. It asks you to identify squares containing an item but all too often it moves on asking you to identify something else. It can do this a dozen or so times before you have to give up. Probably concerned with poor programming.

The communists of the former Soviet Union and Communist china couldn't silence a population as effectively as this comic book. British people need to find a real way to express their views and opinions without Pravda like propaganda and Big Brother like censorship
