Express Boilers was a great find, as a landlord it was important I was able to find a reliable and trustworthy plumber who was easy to contact by email or over the phone. I would highly recommend Express Boilers to anyone.

Team arrived on time, they laid down dust sheets to protect our carpets. Tom and Piter replaced old leaking radiators, they left flat very clean and tidy.

We had a new boiler installed by Rob and his team when we moved into our new flat in Hampton. We asked for 3 quotations and theirs was the cheapest by a considerable margin. However, this wasn't what decided it for us. Out of the 3 companies quoting for the job, Express Boilers was the most professional in their assessment of our needs. He spent his time measuring water pressure and looking at existing piping. One of the other guys just came in, opened the tap in the kitchen, ran the water for a few seconds looking at it and then gave us a quote almost one grand more expensive than Rob's!

The pleasant surprises continued with Rob's team: the engineers who came to the job were very polite and paid great attention to not make a mess. In the end, they finished the 2-day job by midday on the second day of working and they even hoovered up after themselves. In the evening Rob came around for a courtesy visit to ensure we are happy with everything. This was over two years ago and the boiler hasn't had any problems since then.

All in all, we were thoroughly impressed by their work ethic, professional approach and unbeatable price. I would highly recommend Express Boilers any time.

I had been putting of replacing my old boiler for some time, but having used Express Boilers for a slight leak on my central heating pump, I felt very confident about their work and decided to go ahead with a new boiler.
Robert was very helpful in my many questions regarding what was available, and the work required.
When the work was done it took little more than a day, and that included a power flush of the radiator system.
The winter is only just starting but the difference is marked, and I look forward, in confidence, to a nice warm winter.

Replaced our boiler and thermostat, 10 radiators, and installed a soft water system in our house. This was a large job which was completed within two days with very little fuss. All of the team were extremely professional and we felt confident we were in good hands.

Rob and his team were also quick to respond when we discovered a leak in one of our existing pipes on the top floor of our house. Martin got to the source of the problem extremely quickly despite very limited access to the leaking pipe. Floorboards and carpet were put back very neatly, and there is now no sign that they were ever taken up.

Would highly recommend Express Boilers for both large and small jobs and have already done so to friends in the area.

Very friendly to deal with and were happy to quickly arrange a boiler service. When this had to be re-scheduled last minute they were very accomodating. Both times they were punctual and kept me updated if there was a potential to run slightly late.

Express Boilers installed a new gas boiler in my flat. They were very professional from quoting right through to completing the job. They gave good advice, approached the job intelligently, finished when they said they would and managed to come in under budget. They have carried out a couple of other small jobs since and continue to be reliable and customer focused. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used Express Boilers several times - to maintain my ancient boiler, and then replace it when the time came. I have always found Rob and his team to be thoroughly professional, friendly and conscientious. They take the trouble to explain the reasons for their recommendations in layman's terms, and I never once felt pressured to accept an expensive quote. They are respectful of people's homes and always clear up after themselves. I have not had any problems with the quality of their work, and am happy to recommend this firm.

Rob and his team have put in a new boiler, a complete new central heating system and, more recently, a hole in the wall gas effect fire for me in my 30s semi. I feel all the work has been very competitively priced and completed to a high standard. Of particular note is the fact that Rob always responds to emails and phone calls in a timely way and that both he and the members of his team have been unfailingly courteous, professional and reliable in their dealings with me as a customer. I would have no reservation in recommending this company.

Quickly and cleanly fitted a new boiler to a very high standard. Resolved any minor issues with the new boiler immediately without hesitation.

I really appreciated the engineer's honesty. He can thinking he would have to change parts etc and left simply having adjusted the water pressure. I would definitely use them again
