Roger Batres is a excellent person to work with. He goes above & beyond to help you. He does follow up phone calls to let you know how the process is going. Communication is the key & letting the customer know that yes I am able to help you or no I'm not able to help. Roger was just straight forward & said he was able to help. He introduce himself & his job title & ask how is your day. In todays world that means a lot because most people don't care. I surely locked his number in my phone because If I ever need anything else I will be calling Roger. Roger also got me the amount of funds that I was looking for & made sure I was aware that more funds was available if I need it. I just only took what I needed. Too many shady business practices
There has been no access to see my actual loan documents, balance, or payment options (despite several requests), and I was advised I have to email my rep to do an early payoff. They charged $1050 interest on the same day the money hit my account. I would recommend another company without so many shady business practices.
