Great service
Great service. They met me at the airport on arrival, smooth hand over process and quick to get the keys. The car was clean and in sound order. The representative was very friendly and explained the process for return of the vehicle.

Our experience with Express Rent A Car during our recent vacation to Armenia and Georgia was exceptional. From the initial contact with Mr. Vahag, who provided comprehensive information and assistance via WhatsApp, to the seamless coordination by Erik and Mr. Hovo, every step of the process was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
Mr. Hovo, who greeted us upon arrival in Armenia, ensured a smooth handover of the vehicle, meticulously documenting all necessary information and addressing any queries we had promptly, even remaining available online via WhatsApp throughout our journey.
The team's proactive approach was further evident when Erik facilitated the border crossing permission (for a car) for Georgia, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a hassle-free experience for their customers.
The drop-off process at Kutaisi International Airport was equally smooth, with Erik and Greg overseeing the inspection and collection of the vehicle with meticulous attention to detail.

Great service
We rented a Mazda CX-5 for 15 days, but got stuck in the mountains and couldn't return the car on time. The manager was very understanding and pleasant. The rental process was smooth and convenient. The car was in good condition and everything functioned properly. I highly recommend this company.
