Missing item resolution
Had an issue with a missing delivery which left me frustrated but was quickly and professionally rectified through the online sales team. Called me personally to make sure I received the item I had bought. Really happy with the outcome after the initial frustration.

Great communication and good value .. didn’t know about them until recently .. will def use again .. DPD were poor on delivery and broken box (looked like someone had broken into the box) not the fault of express golf hence 5 stars
