Helpful service, later postal service sorted without question.
Although our order was despatched pretty much immediately it was delayed in the post and it looked like we wouldn't receive it, however. After a few days we contacted Express Ink Cartridges who immediately sent a fresh order out which we received the next day, along with the original order which we will now be returning.
I was impressed by Express Ink Cartridges no quibble assistance in this and will be happy to use there service again in the future.
