Express Passport Reviews 

John Krebs my contact at Express Passport made the job of renewing my passport so easy that I would recommend him to everyone. He answered my questions in a timely manner and was easy so to work with.

My son needed to renew his passport for an unplanned trip and we needed it in less than 2 weeks. He was a minor when the previous one was issued so he needed to go to the County in person. They could not issue his passport in less than 3 weeks time even with a rush. I decided to try this service but was not confident they would be able to produce it in the short amount of time. My son's friend wanted to go with him so we ordered him a passport using this company as well. He got his back in 4 days and my son's was delivered on the 5th day! It is so nice to have this option when it seems hopeless! THANK YOU!

My dad had renewed his passport through this company in the beginning of June and he hadn't received an e-mail from them, even though it's been two months. We were starting to question the legitimacy, so I called the company for him since his English isn't that great and the guy I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and extremely unhelpful. He didn't give me a name, which I wish he did so I could be more specific. Honestly if I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. He sounded extremely annoyed when he picked up and I even heard him sigh a couple times. He had even cut me off when I was explaining why I was calling by asking for the last name and then after a few seconds, he said that the email was sent and in a rude and condescending tone, asked if we checked our junk email. At this point I'm already annoyed at him but I tried to be polite, because I thought he might just be having an off-day, so I just said he might have deleted it on accident, and he sighed. SIGHED. What kind of service is that?? Even if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers. I asked him if he could re-send the email with the follow-up instructions but it seems that he didn't even listen to me because he cut me off, again, and then just said that the money will be refunded to his account...... And I repeated my request and yet, another sigh, and he rudely explained that he'll refund the money and re-charge the card, and then send the email.... What? I don't know why this company has such good reviews or maybe it's just my bad luck, but if anyone asks me where to renew their passport in the future, I am telling them to steer clear of ExpressPassport unless they want to be talked to like I was. Lets see if this company is even legitimate and if they'll even send us a passport. My dad is just in need of a renewed passport because he's going on a trip soon - otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

Edit: I called them again because I ultimately changed my mind about using their services and the guy that picked up said he had been standing behind the first guy and that he read my reviewed, then proceeded to argue with me and ask me, "Why would you give a 1 star review? What's wrong with you?" Lol. Professional.

The overall experience with ExpressPassport is below average. Processing speed is bad. I paid for 2-3 days service, but it actually took 6 business days. I mailed my documents on Tuesday and received the passport on the following Wednesday. The email communication is poor, some questions are just ignored. Phone communication is OK.

Another problem is their company is in FL, but the address where I sent my document to is Houston, TX. It's another agency called Texas passport center. I don't know the relationship between them but I highly doubt I was sold to another passport agency.

SO, If you have to get your passport in hurry, I DO NOT recommend this company because their business is not clear and the time is not guaranteed. I give it 2 stars because at least I get my passport 2 days before my flight.

It was really easy. Instructions are clear and I received the passport fast and without any issues!

Great service from beginning to end. I called a few times with questions and all agents were very helpful and provided the information without having to call me back. I received my PP in a couple of days of mailing it to them. Great service and I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing a quick turnaround for a passport.

They were very helpful upon answering all questions of concern. True to their word I received my passport in 8 days from date they received my application. Everyone I spoke with were very polite and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone needing express on their passports.
