We needed a second passport to travel while our original passports were being held for visa approval.
The staff at ExpressPassport were super friendly and helpful and everything went like clockwork! Again, we could not be happier with their support, tracking process, and timeliness!

Efficient, speedy, non-nonsense
Efficient, quick, no-nonsense. Somewhat expensive and a shipping label would be a great help, but all one needs for speedy delivery. Warmly recommended.

First Class Service!
If you're looking for a first rate Passport Expediter: look no further.
I researched 5 competitors and ultimately decided on Express Passport.
They consistently update their customers via email with status notices on document submission, processing, completion and delivery.
All of the reps (especially Jess and Josh) are available via email or phone to clarify the process or even provide additional details on your passport request. The employees are professional, courteous and patient - they make you feel like your passport is the only one they're working on.
I will always highly recommend Express Passport and appreciate that my passport renewed in time for my Mexico trip.

Deficult Getting Refund, but they finally honered it.
After I posted this they called me and ensured I got my refund. So, I don't know if the passport service is good as I could not use it due to a time crunch, but they are not thief's as I originally thought.
I received their initial documentation and realized they could not deliver the passport in time. With-in minutes I wrote them notes and text messages to cancel my ordered. It has been 45 days and it is still sitting in dispute with my credit card company. Expresspassport.com never replied to any of my notes, and when I attempted to call to cancel, I was transferred and put on hold for ever.

Impressive service from Express…
Impressive service from Express passport. I needed to get my passport renewed ASAP to enable me join my colleagues on a vacation to Kenya and Tanzania to witness the great wild beast migration and some other popular sites in East Africa. We weren't given much time to prepare and I was scared I could possibly miss the opportunity but the staff at Express passport told me not to worry and assured me it would be out on time. And fortunately for me, they kept to their word.
